Look at what buhari has forced us to do!

Farming! Farming! farming!

Anyways its indeed a blessing in disguise.

Many online and offline busineses have been shut down!

Even those i never knew would have been affected was also shut down!

To farm in a small space in my compound was what i used as a test pilot to see if i would have been able to grow okro there accurately and successfully,

now i have passed that test,
needed to expand to go commercial

am going to push this all the way up!

cheers!

its far from ipaja,
lets say like 3-4 hours jorney.

I went to ipaja area last year and there were no vacancy of land to farm there!

Cheers

Please, I've gone through the thread, what's the return on investment and duration?

Will there be a meeting where you'll meet with potential investors, with the presence of a lawyer and guarantor, who will be an elderly family member and live in Lagos?

I'm asking because I'm interested, but you didn't say anything about this. (I spoke to another person who said he has invested, and we discussed about the legalities)

So, please what do you say

oh my God!

I have indeed been on the farm since 8.30am this morning,

just came back around 6pm this evening!

And now you want to involve a lawyer!
Please in the name of God and the hot sun that has been always burning my soft skull during the day to please have mercy!

My plan from the beginning of time was to startup a farm,
when its time for harvest we are to share the profits every week 50/50 % no cheating.

But am sure to give you back your investment back in 4-5 months time.

And if you are really been satisfied with me you can still invest more.

But by then we would have gotten hectares of land in ogun state for expansion purpose!

My plan is to make this an investment program for a lifetime,
meaning no stoping on this!
Employ workers and make profits

once you invest any amount of money we are to agree on a certain percentage of your returns.

Please dont involve lawyers in this for now!

Maybe later when we deal on hectares of land i will then call for a lawyer because i dont even really trust all this ogun state agents selling or renting lands.

Because am sure anything or business invoving lawyers is surely bond to fail,

you know i dont seem to do well on pressures!

Or do you want me start panicking like a cow?

To even type good evening my fellow farmers,

i will then type good evening my fellow cattle rearers,

or maybe good evening my fellow ram dealers!
LOL!

It seems funny but i cant really withstand pressures!

only the thinking that there is a lawyer involved in this will surely make me to fail.

And my part of the agreement will not be achieved.

Or dont you like the way i do type freely here online?

To get more proofs you can create out time to visit me in the farm!
Although you can come with anyone you want

time waits for no one,

Cheers!

Looooooooooooooooooool, you are funny Sir. I'm not trying to create any panic. I'm just giving an advice that'll make everyone have peace of mind.

Investing in farming is a risk just like any other business, we all know that, but to have relative peace, it has to be binding. The lawyer is just to ensure there isn't any hanky-panky at the end of the day.

I'm sure most people will agree with my assertion. Whether it's 50k or 500k that one is willing to invest, it's all money. So to avoid stories that touch the heart, get a lawyer and guarantor, fix a meeting place for potential investors, and meet up with them.

That way, EVERYONE IS "SAFE"

yea his idea is very much ok,

but the thing here about me is this,

am a kind of simple person and i dont like to buid pressure that will make me to fail.

The constant thinking of a lawyer and i need to deliver will give me headache,

this thing for now is simply on trust for now,

if he is not sure of this let him come see the farm space.

They say life is all about ideas and inspirations.

I never in mind intended to stop all this.
I want this farm investment program to stay for a lifetime!

My2chains enterprise!

Although this investment idea is new but with time i will get hectares of lands to expand on this

if lawyer can come in now!
Then when i expand then am sure even high chief judge will then be involved on this!

His decisions are good due to high rates of crimes online nowadays.

But let him consider i am just starting all this.

It pains me i cant upload pics here online for you all to see the place well,

even some people that will be reading this will back out once they know a lawyer is involved in this.

Yes i know it will make everything go easy,

but my mind does not support it for now!

I have gone to so many places all because of this farm stuff.

From all those thick inner bushes of ogun state to benin city, i
was even thinking of going to abuja

but i thank God i have found a place here in lagos for the start!

cheers

ok will think about it,
but you know i can still run this by only myself and hold on,

the lawyer and guarantor issue is only when i have expanded to hectares of land!

When millions of naira by then would have been involved.

But for now i am still on trust because my level is not upgraded yet.

I started this with clear minds and vision to stay for a lifetime

all this conditioning will make me back out as soon as possible.

This lawyer and gaurantor issue is good for you investors but it will cause panic in me and i can loose focus easily.

Not everyone can work on pressures to deliver!

But am sure of what i have in minds.

The Lockdown has made the prizes of foodstuffs to scale higher.

It seems you are into politics or you been a senator,

because i know its only all this high black suited men likes involving lawyers in any of their businesses,

as i have said earlier this is just my first start going commercial on this!

And i dont need unneccesary presures whatsoever!

cheers!

i work with faith and not with sight!

Thats how it is when i started,

i asked myself how can i get just a piece of land to farm here in lagos?

Lagos is occupied and you can hardly see any vacant farmland without been directed to inner thick bushes.

Thats how it will be when i will expand!

I will not stop untill i have achieved whats in my mind!

My vision is high,
and by then i would have seen a place to use

cheers!

It's like slavery when you gave someone money to farm for you and you want to put him under law. He won't deliver, distraction will be much.

Baba, come on na. If one calls for investors, there should be binding agreement. Investment in farming is just like any other kind of investment.

Op, truth need to be told. You can't see a reasonable investors to give you money to farm okro and this kind of vegetables you posted with.

Please invest more in yourself first and go into special farming that will convince people to invest with you.

Don't be a joker you don't need people money to farm okro, ewedu, soko and tete.

Most you collect money from people at this stage before you farm?

You are correct, bro. Op has another thread on waterleaf farming also seeking investors.

Then, there is a different thread on okra farming with another user asking for investors, which leads back to Op. That's why I've been asking his relationship with the guy, seems they are one and the same person.

@Op, just follow FMCASH's advice, also I'll like to know how do people cope when you mention them in your story with the moniker Okafor200?

Mehn, them go dey get like 20 mentions per day. If you dare write my name there eh, I go castrate you... Lol

yea thanks for your opinion,

anyways my current okro plants are 2 weeks now,

in a month or so will upload pictures of my first commercial harvest.

Its good to be good,
but you really need to know this is lagos and everything vegetables sells,

just come and take a look in my area here to see prizes of vegetables,

you will keep on wondering is it not this same vegetable that i see everyday in the farm that is been sold this costly?

Although will upload more pics when the time comes

i never knew this yellow nsuka pepper is hot cake here in lagos

i stoped water leaf farming because of its low prize in market,

if every vegetable is to sell at 100 per piece then you will see that same size of water leaf for just 50 naira,

just to tell you its not that lucrative,

only to be added in the farm to help you generate money to be fuelling the generator and some other farm expenses!

Or else you can plant water leaf in a big acres of land or move down to akwa ibom to make a kill in it there!

cheers!
