The current minister of health is very sound and unbiased compared to the nincompoop called Adewole.

You are the one who failed to understand what he said. He's not suggesting that the striking doctors be replaced with doctor corp members, he implied that these corp members should be temporarily engaged to avoid service disruption while negotiation continues with the striking doctors. And yes, NYSC doctors are very qualified to attend to basic medical conditions having spent 6years in school(most of the time spent on clinical trainings), one year housemanship plus many locum attachments.
