You get to know when you examine the length of one's fingers, upper arms etc compared to that person's perceived body build. With her body build those places I mentioned would have appeared really short.
For a thin person they won't appear so short but you'll still get to know with the thinness of those places apart from the person's size against the car.
Conclusively I think she has a pretty good height.
