1. What is the best frequency among this is stable for me to nail
2. Is A 60cm dish sufficient for it?

Good morning guru's in the house, please help a sister, I'm a newbie. My setup lost signal after a windy and rainy night. But I just noticed one satellite is back up. Please what do I adjust outside, dish position or lnb? These are the satellites on my setup from my decoder: Badr 4/5/6, hotbird, Turksat 42E, Ku_Azerspace 1/A.

Ku_Azerspace1/A has signal quality of 51% presently and the others are 0%.

You might wonder why I didn't call the installer, he said I'll have to pay him 6k if he comes without guarantee that I won't have issues. So with each visit, I'll have to pay 6k. Not in this economy. I better learn it myself.

Cheaper than I thought and it's 65 inches wide, with full 4k features. 4k is an advanced Technology which very few boxes operates on presently.

Some channels on hotbird 13e are 4k. Some of the popular decoders can't show their pictures. Example is Canal 4k which can't be watched on Strong decoder

I'm yet to see a single dish in the entire Livry-Gangan here in Paris. I guess with very strong internet, many people opted for IPTV.

I was in Istanbul, Turkey between December 21 to 24th before coming to Paris. Didn't sight a single dish as well.

Back in Nigeria, I bought a 4 metre dish in November dish year for hotbird 13 and 9e. Now I'm laughing at myself.

Nigeria is not worthy of being called a country.

Its simple and I already did the breakdown earlier which I'll rephrase again
1. DSTV is the sole right owner of EPL, La Liga, Serie A and UCL on any satellite platform as well as IPTV in South Africa and Sub Sahara countries (South, East and West Africa, except North Africa)
2. Star times own same right for Europa League, Bundesliga, French league, Chinese Super league, Belgian Pro league, Dutch Eredivise, Euro 2020, FIBA world cup, European Nations League and all European qualifiers and friendlies
3. TSTV own the right to DFB Pokal(German Cup) and 1 weekly live EPL match on Satellite

None of these paytv operators are allowed to go beyond their limits, else it becomes an infringement.

Those craving for top quality matches have the following options

1. Subscribe for all of Star times, DSTV and TSTV
2. Get a very big dish to pick Hispasat, Astra 19e, 9e (for Cosmote sports) hotbird and Nilesat. Caveat, none other satellites operate on FTA. Those watching it are doing something, I can't mention here
3. IPTV. Note you need data and strong 4g network
4. Get combined FTA satellites like 5e, 9e, 16e, 28e, 45e, 42e 26e. Caveat FTA has limited rights. For instance during UCL matches DSTV can offer live all 8 games, like Star times can show 10 different matches of Europa league, FTA channels can't air more than 1 or two matches. For example CRTV sport may pick on Arsenal vs Liverpool, but DSTV or IPTV that has more than one sport channel can offer you additional 5 matches.

So I have been working on my 2.4m offset dish for a few week, previously I couldn't get any to on hotbird. I had to readjust the lnb holder, thanks to IRAPADA for the pictures for focal length. I have had to refoil the dish, thanks to GeorgeD and kungu pics on the nilesat thread. Today I and getting 460 channels on hotbird, a few sky Italia and nova tps but I am still unable to get the Polish packages which is my main aim.
I have been reading that Ku lnbs are mostly designed for 90cm to 1.2m offset dishes and can't fully cover 1.2m and above hence the need for a feed horn. I actually confirmed these by cutting the mouth of my Inverto black ultra to the widest point and I was able to get addition 230 station (before cutting I was getting about 200). I really need a feed horn, pls help !

u can get it wit 2.4m if u used pan dish try to get star gold lnb but 4 fiber u can use both stargold or fuji 2way lnb dis is d piz of ir cama3 on 2.4m pan dish

What you are saying isn't clear enough. Which channel(s) do your cccam open, and on which sat. You have to specify the Satellite that hosts the channels your cccam can open. Are they African beam or European beam, again if you are really serious you may need to provide a test account to anyone of your choice here. The person will give result of the outcome here, if not I don't think anyone will listen to you.

I have a big dish connected are three LNBs across four or so satellites, Nilesat, hotbird, Astra, Eutelsat36, and a small dish connecting 16deg Eutelsat. Is there any way I can get Al Jazeera?

Hi guys, for those of you hooked on the satellite hotbird and Astra 19e
Oraxxge Fraxce caid 0500 and ident 032940 is working for months now as you are aware
But for anyone to enjoy the channel, is really recommended that you use a prio file to make the zapping really fast! Not using that file will make zapping really slow and the general performance in this package, so also is CSAT (from Astra)
The prio file is just to prioritize one card (or more) instead of others, and that will make efficient the general performance when a provider uses more than one CAID/ident, like happens on CSAT and Orange Package.
The CCcam.prio will Ignore and Prioritize some CAID and Ident, making the whole experience much smoother and faster, which is especially important for CSAT and Orange, where many Idents are used
The prio file is a much known file, but not all receivers support that. You need native CCcam to use it. Other receivers have that support, but not all of them. E.g. dreambox, vu+, Technomate etc.
About the "CCcam.prio" file, you just need to place it close to CCcam.cfg file, on /etc/ folder (or on /var/etc/ on Enigma1 box's, like where you have the CCcam.cfg). Just that folks

Not available in Nigeria on the freq except you are using a 4m dish in Central Nigeria.
Sky and Bein are on hotbird opened by only gscam receiver like mini x4 or tlink or tiger series.

MBCs are still very much receivable here in the south-south as you can see from above pictures.
Signal strength is as high as 73% sometimes on my i-star decoder.
