I guess the Concorde's case is unique due to the spacer between the tyres which helps to clear any runway debris in the course of take of. Failure to restore back this critical component created a cascade of events leading to the disastrous crash of AF 4590 Concorde on 25th of July, 2000 @ Gonnes near France.

the crash of concord 4590 was as a result of the mass of the piece chunk from the tyres. Before the crash tyre puncture on concord was not uncommon, it happens but engineers only estimated that the piece of chunk won’t be anything more than a certain mass. But with the crash of concord investigators found out that the piece of tyre mass that chunked off was 4 times the mass they predicted. Which sent a shock wave on the fuel tank on the left wind after hitting it at a very high velocity, the shock wave now caused a puncture in the weakest point in the tank. Causing a gale of jet fuel and subsequently ignited into flames.
