Why do companies really outsource their services? Well the answer to this question is very broad, ill just elaborate some. First thing is the lower labour and operational costs, we all know about it right? Second is that the companies outsource so that they can focus more on the business core processes while delegating non-core tasks to a third party firm. Third is because businesses can access to highly trained and skilled specialists. There's still more reason why companies outsource but ill just leave these 3 reasons here. |

aikyg: I agree to this reply. In setting up a call centre you need to prepare and get some documents of course. You also need to be very well informed about the call centre industry, if not your business will crumble and fail. You need to plan the costings and you need to have a plan of infrastructure so that you will have an office for it. You also need to have highly experienced staff. |

Well yes because outsourcing firms are expanding fast so they will open many job opportunities for the people that really needs a job. But of course they still need to maintain the quality and the efficiency of people when they hire many staffs to work for them in order to give a good quality services for the customers/clients. Outsourcing industry also lifts a country's economy and that is very true. |
