To become a satellite tv installer one must obtain the necessary training, Most companies like Dstv, Mytv, Kwese, Multi TV, Startimes, etc most times organizes training for new installers to learn how to install their packages, also a training can be obtained under the supervision of an experienced satellite installer.

For those that do not know about the latest Gist, which is Tstv let me sum it up for you, copied from their site. They promised to start in July but postponed to october 1st on which they launched their service but not functional yet, then November 1st and today is November 1st and they have postponed it indefinitely, when are they going to start commercial sales of their decoders?

Here is my take: I don't know when but be rest assured it will commence very soon why? Before October 1st i was wondering how they are going to start operation without a signal of their own at the then proposed satellite Abs @3West i was watching them in 3D, well they later said they were carrying out dealers accreditation which was responsible for the delay, to tell you the truth i knew it wasn't due to the accreditation at least let us see a test transmission before we can believe i remember telling some of my colleagues that they were buying time just to work on their service and using dealership accreditation as a cover up. But with all this are they really ready for business? Yes they are.
I am glad to inform you that their test transmission is now live with 30 channels and more to come and they are currently free to air, you can watch them with any free to air decoder, here are the channel list as at the time of writing this post
Mbc2, Mbc max, Mba Action, Aljazeera, Cgtn, Ewtn, Rave tv, Bbc News, Liberty tv, Channels tv, Enca, Tvc Entertainment, Ftv Asia, Dunamis, Sunnah tv, Tbn, Emmanuel tv, Dubai one, Dish Tv, Bringht Fm, Ahtv, Hits Tv, Riwendu tv, Mama Africa, Grande Movies, Mama Yoruba, Grande sport (beinsport), Grande sport2 (beinsport) France 24, Mama Africa Hausa. more to still come.

They are now live on air so we now know they are not scam, the decoders are not yet out on sale for now because its a test transmission, they gave out free to air decoders to people to actually test but if you have any free to air decoder you can test it on your own, all the channels are currently free to air, i watched EPL and seria A last weekend and Tuesday champions league live and free all through tstv, with music and movie channels it has being the bomb and their picture quality both HD and SD are very good and clear, they wont start nationwide sale until they have stability on their signal, currently their signal quality is low and many channels are yet to be included after working on it and they have stability they will commence sale and at that time you can only now have access to their channels only via their decoders. and their subscription is ridiculously low for the kind of programs they are offering, its just too good to be true but its true.
How CAN I GET THE TEST CHANNELS?
This part are for installers if you are one good and fine if you are not you can get one to track it for you.
What you need is a Dish preferably 90cm, any FTA Hd decoder like Strong, qsat, and co, Ku band lnb and tv to watch.
Frequencies: 11088 H 30000
11052 H 30000
Position: Abs @ 3West
Use this Tp for Easy tracking 11168H30000 then you blind scan or input the above listed frequencies to get their channels which is free to air anybody can watch it.

I remember posting on my Facebook timeline, why wasting your time on sport24 for football lovers that requires bigger dish and special decoders which isn't even stable where by at least for now Tstv is offering more with less stress. Enjoy the free test Channels while they last, Note anytime the channels are scrambled their decoders would be out so don't panic it is so cheap that i could buy 5pcs at once for the price of one for the kind of content they will be offering.

Dont let anybody deceive you in to paying anything for now because their decoders are not yet on sale you can test with any hd decoder you have.

i have strong 4922 decoder modified to get powervu but i lack technical know how to go about it. what other things do i need. i have 1m, 90cm and 60cm dish and please do you how much a scalar and c band lnb are

track mtnworldwide tv on nss20west with this frequency 4128 V/H 15405

how to track..
for easy tracking first track the famous canalsat @22west with ku band after tracking tight it and loose d ku lnb eith its holder and fix than of cband together with the scalar ring. and from that canal u loise and adjust ur elvation up down till u hit green if u dont change d polorization from h to v or v to h vice versa and u can aswell move ur dish to d left a little it shld be very little ohh and adjust up down till u hit green.

WHO TOLD YOU THAT LIE..you can get powervu comfortably with 1.5m dish in any part of nigeria and with 1m dish using a scalar ring also... anybody that told you that was lying to u.. with 1.5m and cband you can get mtnwordlwide tv, with 1m and scalar ring with cband you can get mtnworldwide with 1.8m you can get sony packages comfortably anywhere in nigeria.. so my candid advice sir. go for powervu leave that qsat except you have one before but if you dont, dont bother to buy any of qsat or gsky they are expensive go for either strong decoder or alphabox which is very cheap as low as 7k.....

MY CANDID ADVICE TO ALL USERS AND ASPIRING DONGLE, IKS AND POWER VU USERS

For so many years now the advent of different iks decoders is innumerable, in the sense that we have bought so many that they are now surplus to requirement. starting with avarter to dongles to iks decoders... if you will agree with me, the reason for buying these device is to enable us to watch premium encrypted channels free of charge but the truth is this we end up spending more and we might had spent almost what the legal/official subscription would have cost.

doing avarter, we buy this device connect to a server through a separate dish and unlock certain channels now, these device actually costs more than the legal subscription but we go for it thinking its a one time payment but little do we know that these manufacturers have a plan.. we are later made to buy IC's claiming the one in it is expired. looking at this you are spending more and you can never enjoy any of these device like you would enjoy the official and legal decoders with subscription, we experience freezing that when watching a live match you may get so pissed off by its frequent freezing state. sometimes the channel wont even open.

Dongles and Iks decoders surfaced, we now abandoned our avarter and went for the latest one.... that doesn't need a dish as a server to connect but rather we use our sim cards to connect to their so called server. at first i must say the stability was awesome and almost perfect no much freezing and going off and on. but anything illegal is illegal, what is wrong is wrong. Later on we started facing issues little by little , we buy accounts that we cant enjoy, we download and update soft-wares almost every time but the recent attack on them made it difficult for these device to open the famous satellite which it was known for. And believe me no matter how these companies work on there server to decrypt these satellites you can never enjoy them mark my words and the funny thing about this is you are paying for it and its not official why not go for the official one. instead of buying accounts that you wont use.

ANOTHER IS POWERVU.
This is the now and latest trending for mostly sport lovers.. especially football to be specific, we are now able to watch some live matches through this encryption. with what is currently going on so many people will still fall a victim. why buy some certain decoders fashioned to be auto roll when you already got a compatible strong decoder. if you have any of these strong models Srt4902, 4920,4922,4922a,4922D+,4930, 4930l, 4950, 4950m,4950h. I don't see any reason why you should buy any other decoder for powervu..
All you need do is to get the various patches for your decoder and load it to the decoder and input the powervu keys manually.

Also we go for auto-roll powervu decoders, note this: any day strong stops unlocking powervu these so called auto-roll powervu decoders will stop. I don't know if some of you could remember what happened in early January, mtnworldwide upgraded and changed their keys none of the so called auto-roll decoders were able to unlock these channels for some hours except strong 4922 that had the software version of 1.90. now when these so called auto-roll powervu decoders discovered that strong was on and working fine on mtnworldwide, they now knew that they need to upgrade and work on some soft-wares to enable them unlock mtnworldwide. none of alphabox, Gsky, azplay, tiger, etc worked until that new software.. and so many times some users are deceived that when they get these auto-roll decoders they wont experience freezing.. Hahahaah i laughed when a end user was saying his decoder unlocks sport24 and it doesn't freeze like strong. and i asked him if he had a strong and he said no... i just SMH. POwer VU is not like dongles or IKs decoders that freezes. if any powervu channel on any decoder you are using for powervu freezes then check your connections or your Cband lnb Noise level because using inferior Cband LNB can cause freezing due to noise.

My Final Note: Don't be deceived or Lured in to buying any IKS and Dongles again they wont serve you if you cant go for the official subscription of these satellites then go for IPTV or for now POwervu is the best alternative if the channels are not showing the game you want to watch just be patient you can only watch one game at a time or you go to a viewing center and watch or better still IPTV. Remember IKS DECOODERS AND DONGLES IS DEAD.
No matter what they do you will only end up regretting and wasting your money lets put our hands together and stop these dongle monopoly..

power vu is one of the most trusted way of watching live football channels... as many must have known its an encryption just like bi that requires the use of certain codes to unlock the channels....

over the months we have been using this best replacement for dongles and iks since they are not serving better. at least with powervu you can enjoy football league games across major European leagues and champions league as well as Europa league...

Location Of Satellite Positions Without Using sat finder.....Know how to Locate your Degree....... locating the right position for you satellite Dish is really a fundamental basis for any Installer... and statistic shows that over 70 to 80% of Installers in Nigeria do not use any sat finder, they enjoy and learn doing it manually.... I am one of them #winks In this article i will be explaining how we can locate any degree we are sorting for, i know we might have heard some regular positions like:- eutelsat 36East, Nilesat 7west, Abs 3west, e.t.c. Every installer should have a foresight of where and how a satellite dish should be positioned, even if you are using a sat finder you should not start looking for a degree @west for another in East. FIRSTLY Let me explain the basic cardinal points just like we learnt in our Geography. we have four cardinal points which are North, West, East, and South. from the image above, we see the labeling of the points and its positions.... but for Satellite dish installation we work with either west or east....there is no satellite tv in other position.. there might be but for me i havent done any...but west and east are the ones we use. note: because east is at the right hand do not mean any position at east should face right else you are on your own. Now that we know we can either track from the west or from the east.. north and south is out from it.. HOW CAN I LOCATE THE DEGREES here are some must know information in locating your degree.. the lower the degree (for e.g 3, 4, 7 degrees), the higher you elevate your dish:- this means the smaller the degree of the satellite dish the higher you raise your dish in the sense that, your dish faces up. check the pix below @4 degrees @36 degrees From the above pix: take a good look the first dish, it faces up at a lower degree which is 4degrees and the second pixs goes down a little @36 degrees. this explains our rule no 1. the lower the degree the higher you elevates your dish. the lower the degree the higher you go and movement is to the right(pls note the higher means elevating the dish to face up not moving the pole higher. :- for instance lets say you tracked 36degrees like the second pics.. if you want to track 20degrees you will need to adjust your dish(standing at the back please) to face up and move to the right, also if you want to track 65 degrees from 36 degrees you bring the dish down i.e face down and moving to the left... note again: you should always be at the back of your dish while tracking, its better and i am speaking base on that.. But for west the lower the degree you move to the left and the higher the degree you move to the right... just vice versa. but the upward adjustments carries the same rule: which is the lower the degree the higher you elevate the dish. Adjusting from the back key notes: Which ever way you point your dish depends on where you are. Location matters your east in ibadan can be different from how my east will face in kaduna.. but they all point to one sat. As there are 360 degrees on a compass, there are 180 degrees to the West, and 180 degrees to the East. Satellites are in orbit over Earth's equator. And there is what we call Azimuth when locating positions for different satellite degrees in different positions...Azimuth means how far around from North you need to point. Or the direction in relation North. but this is best understood when using a pointer or a compass... this is a topic for another day here we want to learn it manually without a compass. take note: the lowest degree of west and east is zero (0) and the highest degrees is 180. which implies 2degree east is close to 2degrees west.... and 180 degree west is close to 175 degree east... carry out the practical yourself for better understanding. Satellite Footprint, beams, signal strength and dish size Footprint: means the area which can receive the signal from the satellite. also the dish size required in order to pick up a reliable signal from a particular satellite, may differ. in some cases you can use the smallest size of dish which is 45cm and other common sizes are up to 60cm, 80cm and even larger dish size, depending on how far from the footprint area you are. Also the quality of your satellite equipment, especially the LNB dictates on which signals you will receive and how reliable they are. Each satellite has many "beams" which can be pointing at different areas of the Earth. Certain channels are only broadcast on specific beams. Therefore you may not receive all channels in a particular beam, for instance, if you are in Africa you may not be able to get the channels which are broadcasted on the UK beam as it's footprint is fairly tight over the UK. well as at the late hours of yesterday our
common and popular power vu sport channel
sporthd 24 that air live football matches became
a hard knot to crack.. but as always we find a
way out... at a point mtnworldwide started
changing their keys in less than 20mins... so this
made some of the autoroll powervu decoders to
stop decrypting mtnworldwide...well as at the
time of posting this some of the decoders are up
and doing just fine....but for how long?.
due to the update by mtnworldwide many
manually inputed powervu decoders finds it
difficult to work and one of them is tge famous
strong srt 4922 decoder series...
i shared the updated keys to some fellows this
morning and i discovered that the key worked
for some and it didnt work for some...through
enquires i learnt the keys only works on a
particular version (v1.90)
if you already have this version just proceed to
inputting the keys.. and if you dont have the

download and upgrade your decoder and input
