the word take means to collect ... Well sha, i suggest u dont get too familiarized with it tho....wen speakin in public, be sure to use the expression what is uropinion...i have looked at the concise dictionary on the word take and i ddnt find any relevance of it regarding views or comments or opinions.... I stil stand on my grounds that the expression is wrong....

Its depending on the choice of word that would be coherent and fit to express the massage to the public INFORMALLY. The word ''opinion'' in this case is too formal and would put people on their toes rather than making them fill relax ( like i said earlier, it deal with the mind and choice of words affect the mind. )

Getting too familiarized is not the problem, the problem is ''how and where'' to use it. I.e i could use it when am with my friends but could not be use in a formal gathering. I don't know if you get it?

hey sup, erm dnt u think the right expression should be "what's your opinion " and not what's your take? Think abt it..

When you use the expression '' what's your opinion'' its sound more formal and perhaps boring to the ears. This are what people hear alway and they might get tired of hearing it.

While the expression '' What's your take?'' *which is not wrong* is quite more inviting and flexible and should be describe as informal. Its a mind game you know!

yes the 1st picture is Eba but the soup is not egusi and stew they might look alike but it is called mia-taushe.
