There is next to nothing you can do about dispense error, as the fault does not lie with the customer, rather the ATM or the network.

And if it does not reverse itself after 48hrs, go to your bank and lodge a complaint.

My advice is try locate your bank ATM for use(although it is not feasible), but its safer, and also saves cost.
Dispense errors will be easily resolved, no 65naira charge will be attracted after 3 withdrawals, and your card will be returned incase the ATM retracts it.

ZECA - Zenith Children account, has no limitations per se, buh your guardian/parent will be a signatory to the account.
Eazy save classic/premium - Classic is for those without a vaild means of Id,PUR, and its suitable for minors as well. Premium needs a valid means of I.d, but can go without PUR.


There are limitations though, cos terms and conditions apply.
