You should know CBN is a regulatory body for banks in Nigeria.
There are laid down rules(acts, policies) by the CBN, which banks are expected to operate within.
This one is no exception, if you(as a bank) aint satisfied with it pack your things and leave the country.

Ogba! If you can get a bus going to Obalende, that ll be perfect.
If not, you ll have to get to Oshodi, then you ll join a bus going to Obalende.
Which leaves us with2 options,
1, Board a Lekki bus (200 or 250max), alight at Oniru bus stop, and do the same thing i adviced the other lady.
2, Cost saving, from lekki, take a tricycle going to Eko Hotels(you aint going to Eko hotel o). Drop at Bonny Camp (100), walk across the road passing under the fly over towards the fast road.
The fast road is Ozumba Mbadiwe, from there take a N50 bus to Oniru bus stop. Do same as above

If yes, then the journey just became easier.
From Costain, join a bus going to CMS.
When you alight, walk past the pedestrian bridge towards the bus park; there you ll join a bus going to Idowu-Taylor law school.
Lagoon is on your left, Alight at oniru bus stop, walk back a bit and Cross the road.
You ll have the sign post staring at you.
