PSMF is a very depressing diet. I have only tried it once. I had a marathon to run, and I wanted to loose as much weight as possible in a short period. I lost about 7kg in a month, but that month was hell.

I wont do it again. I will rather do intermitted fasting, do my regular daily jogging (I do 10km daily), and eating healthy but delicious meals. That is the balance.
