As a first son myself, I understand the feeling of not being able to shoulder some family responsibilities.
Don't be too hard on yourself, everybody know the current state of the economy.
Call your Dad, communicating with him can go a long way to give him succor. |

I will hit the double three this year
completed a professional certification program successfully 2017, I have not been able to complete the part payment to get the license (I was able to raise 60% which is the part payment allowed to take the exams).
Looking back I wished I had put myself first, as most of my colleagues have gone way ahead of me, and even married with kid(s).
But I am still unmarried and carrying my family responsibilities on my head as the first Son with three sisters in uni, aged parent & other siblings to support.
I raised the Money after COVID but a pressing family demand came up, had to divert the fund to meet it. and ever since it has been one emergency call after another.
The responsibilities keep increasing as the economy keeps getting "better" |

Infact Elon Musk had to start Space X to reduce US dependency on Russia.

Be careful with japa, there is no assurance Becareful with your ROI projection If the farmland is not fenced round or barricaded, fulani herdsmen can strike with their cows at any timeT It happened to me this year...I got less than 10% of my investment in my potato farm. |

pansophist: Tiger nuts and coconuts are very healthy, their origin is fat based (in the same groupings with avocado, olives, cashew etc).
Starchy foods/carbs are not much a problem if eaten in a healthy way (eg home cooked). Fast food chicken for example will make you obese, even though chicken in itself is a super healthy food.
Preparation is everything.
Your eaten patterns is nice. Just keep being physically active and compliment it with exercise always. Add skipping rope to your workout regime, or if you live in a building with staircase, run up and down. Noted Read its the kind of oil those fast food companies use for their fries that makes it unhealthy, they hardly ever change the oil the recommended time, and reheating and cooling change the oil to Trans fat that have not easily breakable bond in the food it was fried with. The journey continues 2024 and beyond |

PinkNature: You're sure devoted to your push-ups, because your pecs is in good shape. Number of daily pushups? I am not consistent tho with the number of reps I do in a day...btw 20-30reps, sometimes I go 3sets depending on how motivated I am that day. Lately I do more of the diamond pushup, where my hands are closely together forming a diamond shape, it's quite harder than normal shoulder length pushup. Also pushups with my legs hanging on a higher platform, and I make sure my pecs "let me borrow ur choice of word" touch the ground to count as a rep. Thanks for the compliment |
