I got this mail, but when I followed the link I was getting a "Page Not Found" error. Is there a way this can be solved. And I don't have an email address to complain to.

Yes I have gotten congratulatory message. What I did was answer the work strengths first before the swift aptitude.....

Mehn, just noticed I hadn't done the Logical Reasoning Test.

Did it now, and within 5 minutes got a congratulatory email.

Nice. What next guys?

I got mine like 1 minute after I wrote the swift test

No. No one is getting a mail right away. It is after the second stage that your resume will be reviewed and all, so, it takes time, like two weeks or more.

If your score, resume and other factors meet their criteria, you're going to get a congratulatory message in the coming weeks. And you will be required to do a video interview, and also a business simulation exercise, called the Good Bear exercise.

Methinks receiving a congratulatory message for passing cultural fit does not automatically mean you will be selected for the next stage(check previous thread). Our cvs, skills and your scores in the the assessment will be reviewed for the next stage and also "fast-finger rule also applies". Let's just keep praying that we'll get shortlisted for the next stage which i think is the online video demand.

Like I discovered the machine times us. I wanted to start the test but I couldn't initially due to the fact I was using my phone the app sensed it so I had to look for a system and finish it off as expected I was not expecting a mail cos I am Way above the timeline

It depends. If the tests were “very OK”, in your words, it then could mean that they would take the interviews pretty serious. It’s an international graduate program so person-to-person/people interaction is key for them.

But again, you might not have done so “bad”.

Situational Judgement test, cognitive, English and then video interview.

Well, it depends...some may say hard and others, simple, but the questions aren't too difficult, but the time isn't enough. 40seconds for each question.
