Rainy season may not be the best times for contpstruction because an example is little activity I saw on Friday due to heavy rains and the rains have been falling unabated since Friday. What am I trying to say? Someone came and claimed tha nothing is happening there at all,but reliably,the contract has been awarded for that roads and where we all should focus our attention is on the contractors and those who are supposed to perform supervisory roles on them,thereby properly channelling the power accruable to us via the FOi act.
