My colleague collect hers yesterday. It is written level 12/3, she was paid 108k after all deductions. But I still think she was not paid her correct amount which is supporsed to be 120k and above after deductions.

i have a voucher for my school here, there is no level 12 in the voucher ..the closest is 13/11 and net pay after all deductions was 151,900 after that its our set ....so nothing in this voucher to use for comparison.

After you saw it was written level 12/3 didn't you look at the gross pay deductions and net pay?

The authentic information will be in the pay slip and not the voucher that has lots of errors. Mayn has collected their pay slip and don't why they refuse to give information.

I went to get my payslip today but my August wasn't there only July.

Do you mean she collected her promotion letter or August Payslip?
Because I imagine that the payslip has the Gross Pay and then the deductions and the Total payout (Take-home).

The accuracy of the pay is not yet established due to the errors for the payment levels or in the payment process .

With time it will be clear especially when RSSSSB are paid.

The best thing to do now for me is to wait till end of spetember or ask someone you know at the ministry of finance to tell you the status of the salary for your level or the level in question. As well you can ask any collegue at that level to get an idea of what it is.
