I've been asking this question too because we need more hands in school. Too many subject teachers vacant. People are retiring in their numbers every year creating even more vacancies in schools yet employment is at snail speed.

The VC mess up,is just because of Wike and Awuse he is still keeping his job.Why have they not cancel RSU recruitment.Is Sim administration that is even supervising the recruitment,that was why they implemented the promotion to allow new intake.Sim will not cancel it,he will review it and later on he will do his own recruitment.
