Bt its important for u to kno dat during ejaculation, millions of sperms are released into u, but its just 1 sperm that will eventually fertilize d ovum. So my dear, just relax and keep trusting God, I m sure He ll do it for u.
@estilo, u may do a scan(its nt too early) to confirm whether or nt u are pregnant.

your suspect seem no harm but for your good,having abdominal/pelvic
pains goes afar beyond the fallopian tubes and other region in the
pelvis too.You are advice to meet a good radiologist so he can do
DIAGNOSTIC LAPAROSCOPY of your abdominal cavity and as well into ur
ABDOMINOPELVIC cavity.Your P.O.D also need be check and not letting
alone ur RECTOVAGINAL SEPTUM and all with ur repoductive organs with the
upper pelvic organs.You have a right to ask your doctor,why should he
be giving CLOMID,FOLIC ACID,FLAGYL,VIT E......and odas....Why
flagyl?...Is he suspecting a bacterial infection......Why folic acid? Is
he suspecting any ANAEMIC condition? Already,we knw the function of the
clomid(for ur own good!).The management of ENDOMETRIOSIS is usually not
met up with the medication he usually render to u.ENDOMETRIOSIS has a
special way of bin handle both in drugs and surgeries.However,go and do
all i sed n bring me result.Your doctor must as well do some form of D.D
to knw the special cos of ur condition by ruling n confirming other
cases.And finally,go and do a PAP SMEAR or a PAP TEST n bring the result!

Thank You so much Doc . Do I ve to do d tests (scan)@ a particular day of my cycle? Then they don't do PAP TEST @ d hospital am using so I did HVS. Expecting d result in two days time.. Hope dt ok? I forgot to mention d first time my Doc saw my vagiana, he asked if I had given birth before and said no and told him abt d abortion he said my cervix was very tight which he corrected and also pointed out abt d tear I ve which he said looks like d one given to women while delivering. I don't think he did anything abt dt.

Pls ooo doctor in the house. what can someone do in this case. My sister put to bed 3 days ago she lost the baby. Also, since 3days ago has be bleeding the blood has not stop.

TEST or SMEAR which i recommended in-tune with the already done HVS.I am
looking forward to analysing the HVS result.Notwithstanding,you have to
do the PAP SMEAR elsewhere dat suit ur comfort.Apart from that,the
test/scan i also recommended should be done after or before u experience
ur monthly cycle.You did not tell me you have done an abortion
b4,wow!...good to knw!..When was the abortion done? Also,was it a proper DILATATION and CURRETTAGE or using some ABORTIFACIENTS? How is the scar on the vagina now? can u describe it for me? I need ur response!...Thanks!

Happy Christmas,u are really man enough to see ur sister bled a whole
3days and u cud not solicit some aid early enough.Thank God she bled but
not to her grave.You ar expected next tym or right now to take her to
the clinic or maternity she gave birth,they cautiously will knw what to
do.I dont knw how severe her bleeding may seem to be but from the way u
gesticulate,it tells me,it may be sometin with POST-PARTUM
HAEMORRHAGE(PPH).Can i knw if she gave birth by C/S n the child died or
it was a STILL-BIRTH? Can i knw if she has problem with CLOTTING of
blood after any form of bleeding weda pregnant or not? Her age? What are
foci complaint inclusive to the bleeding too? Does she look pale? Does
she feels cold? Does she find breathing something quite difficult to
do?.For the safe of emergency n intermediacy,i would advise u take her
to a closer clinic.Severe PPH can result to HYPOVOLOEMIC SHOCK n dis can affect her fertility(PITUITARY APOPLEXY) n some problems with KIDNEY FUNCTIONS.I dnt knw the degree of her bleeding but from the look at things,i still advise u book her up as an OUT-PATIENT in a clinic closer.They may stop her bleeding from any reliable clinical procedure quite available to them.Some drugs use in stopping PPH after giving birth ar TRANEXAMIC ACID,CARBOPROST,MIRENA DEVICE and PRIMOLUT with FOLIC ACID and VITAMIN K in combination.Usage of any of these medication should be examined b4 application.Pls take to the CLINIC!...Thanks!

the D&C was done by a doc in a hospital 6 years ago. The cut is tag like @ d end of my womanliness. It hurts most times during baby dance

Merry Xmas Doc. Was @ d hospital yesterday 4 d HVS result. It says moderate growth of candida then I told my gyn abt d recto vaginal septum u suggested. While doing dt he noticed d discharged I complied abt s packed inside and he took a sample from there and said they ll do a repeat of HVS.
Yes I do vE pepperish feeln there wen I urinate or menstruate smtimes sha. Then I do notice discharge @ d cut area once in while but I think its from vulva but I don't its purulent

For GESTATIONAL AGE of 6weeks +4days,the following is true about ur
pregnancy predicament
CROWN-RUMP-LENGHT(CRL=4mm) is Normal.
GESTATION SAC DIAMETER(GSD=23mm) is Normal.
Your LIQOUR AMNII(AMNIOTIC FLUID) is normal,never showed OLIGOHYDRAMNIOS
or POLYHYDRAMNIOS so it's okay.


However,the scan showed that the FETAL POLE was detected,the scan did
not implicate that the YOLK SAC or and EMBRYO was found.However,we in
some senses could have it that if the FETAL POLE was seen at this week
dat an EMBRYO should actually be detectable then we can braze ourself up
till 8-12weeks to do another TRANSABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND or TRANSVAGINAL
U.S to detect the EMBRYO.


Please get me,i am not in anyway saying anything wrong with ur pregnancy.But the truth is that atleast in doing a TRANSABDOMINAL U.S,the EMBRYO is detected commonly at the 6weeks of gestation.To pardon me,i would advice u do another TRANVAGINAL U.S or TRANSABDOMINAL U.S atleast from the 8-10weeks,all for the EMBRYO........n also to avoid suspicions of BLIGHTED OVUM.....

Do you observe a dead darken skin on the Vullva near the trauma?

How frequent do you suffer SEXUAL TRANSMITTED DISEASE?

How as this problem affected ur sexual life and sex-psychology?

What is the colour of the Discharge either from the genital introitus or the trauma?


In respect of the HVS done,i would prefer u send me the final result from the latest suspicion or suspect of the Physical Doctor.In addition to dat,i would also advice u do a NITRITE TEST(URINE MICROSCOPY) as well as URINE CULTURE(for BACTERIAL COUNTS)!

I am 23 ..I have a fiancee ,I always have abdominal pain and frequent urination , I have gone to the hospital and have been tested for diabetes, urinary tract infection and have done abdominal scan all the result came out fine except for the fact that I have cytists..I have taken d drug for like 2weeks but still the urinating won't stop....I later used menbendazol and d urinating reduced ....but the thing is DAT I alws have breast pain too...I have bin tested for fibroad to the result came out fine.......anytime I have sex d next 3mint I have several pain in ma breast and urinate frequently .....each time I use any herbal drug I do have same breast pain....plss what can I do?

Hello Doc, I did a pelvic scan yesterday for lower abdominal pain after 3 positive SERUM PTs and 1 negative SERUM PT at 3 different federal and state hosiptals. I also did series of test with urine kits which came out negative.
The scan report is this: 'The Uterus is visualized with AP diameter of 4.1cm with intact endometrial plate. No fluid in the POD. No adnexial mass seen. Imp: Acyesis *repeat serum pt*'
Please, what is happening?
Please note, am not feeling pregnancy symptoms, just the mild lower abdominal pain.
Am visiting a private hospital today to get the serum pt done again and also the scan.

Dis month I tuk in but d week to my period I started having cramps. My period dat is always regular used 5days to pass. D cramps continued cramping until it dragged d period out. 4th day to my period d fetus fell out, I saw d tail n head das how I knew. Somebody said I have hot pelvic das why I miscarried. I dread d cramps a lot n is afraid of it. Docs pls help me

What was the name of the infection the physical doctor said makes ur
uterus not conducive to carry babies?

What did he treat you for? What was the injection he used?

How old was the pregnancy b4 this natural abortion boarded?

How many pregnancy to term have you carried?

How many abortion have you suffered?

Does it happens that everytime you suffered any abortion(if u suffer
more dan 1) it comes by a form of gradual uterine contraction(cramp)?

If u were induced to ovulate,can i knw the drugs given you?

Also,b4 u observe the removal of the EMBRYO,did u experience any
clear-like watery fluid from ur vaggina?

Finally,ur case is not a matter of a pelvic is hot or not.Such assertion
are usually classical and buried in the abyss of clinical history.

SPONTANEOUS MISCARRIAGE and INEVITABLE MISCARRIAGE seem to be the
complication dat result to the loss of your baby.Can't tell if u did
take any medication that warrant this insult to the growth of the

3 serum tests showed positive, 1 showed negative. D result of the scan is what i told u.
I am 27years old.
Nothing triggers the problem.
I only suffered diarhea dat was 2weeks ago, it has stopped now.
It starts from the tommy and to the back later.
I urinate frequently but not really again.
No chest pain, no other pain, just a boil under my armpit.
Please, what could really be happening?

Do you use soap on your gennitalia?
Why not take a small shot of your menstrual fluid and mix it in a small
container with the soap u ar using,what is the colour of the compound
produces?
What is your original colour of your discharge and menstrual fluid?

Generally: You are advice to take a visit to a laboratory centre so they carryout HVS or ENDOCERVICAL SWAB to know if any respective microbes may be involve in such a drastic changes not common with you.Also,doing URINE MICROSCOPY(U.M) is expedient.

1)BLOOD TEST for both BACTERIAL/FUNGAL/PROTOZOAN attack,as well as HELMINTHIC condition.
2)Basic scan such as PROCTOSCOPY or SEIGMODOSCOPY of the lower intestinal area
3)FAECAL ANALYSIS

Was the scan TRANSABDOMINAL U.S or TRANSVAGINAL U.S?

Did your scan provide ur CRL?

If the EMBRYO was not seen,wat was seen....was the yolk sac or the fetal pole detected?

My stance: You are advice to go and do another TRANSABDOMINAL U.S by 8weeks-12weeks.But for the now be relax.

As ur bleeding come to an end?..Or u still bleeding?...What did the OBS did to help u over that?..Did ur OBS check ur CERVIX?........What did he say about?...

Am sorry for the loss,inshort i loss comment on this.Yes,ur series of
purposeless abortion with unassumed cramps is due with INEVITABLE
MISCARRIAGE.

The question is when has this cramp bin and u entertained it to a point
dat the womb began to abort the pregnancy?
I ask this because woman alwys want to see the outcome of cramps in
pregnancy instead of acting fast!

At most time we just cant knw why the UTERUS in having an early
HYPERTONOUS condition at early pregnancy.We sometimes cud allege dat
such conditions may be

2)HORMONAL problems

I did scan on the uterus, with a full bladder, hence the report i showed earlier.

My feaces is not stony neither is there any blood on it.
No pain whatsoever during or after sex.
The lower abdominal pain is just all round, cant really say if its left or right.
No specific period of time, pain comes anytime.
But right now, am not feeling d pain as much as i used to.
