otokx: Its not a crime to make requests sha & that is where the story will end. Anioma State should be created and merged with their brothers in the South East. Anioma State is the 6th South East State for the Igbo. |

What make you think, if Anioma state were to be created tomorow, that it will join the SE. Aniomas have made it clear that they are not igbos. I advise you people to create anothe SE state from the existing ones, in order to avoid being betrayed. Cos even if Anioma state was eventualy created with Igbo support, they will never join the SE. 1 Like |

ogugua88: Where were you when villages such Gombe, Yobe, Zamafara and Osun were created as states? You should have stood up this silly opposition to creation of more states in Nigeria when it grew from 12 to 19 and now 36. |

Idun'oba ehis: I guess you were the only eye witness still walking the surface of the earth when the poeple of Aniomas made it clear that they are not igbo. It is said stupidity can not be fixed. It shows with the above post. 2 Likes |

Creation of Anioma state is actually long overdue. I think the entity and people that will comprise Anioma state will make it very viable. In the end balancing the number of state in the SE is also quite important because of it ramifications in geopolitics. South Easterners are well advised to look beyond their nostril is kicking against Anioma Stamp creation. The merit far outweighs the demerit. Personally, I care less which Zone Anioma is placed, I am more concerned at the moment about it's creation. |

PointB: Creation of Anioma state is actually long overdue. I think the entity and people that will comprise Anioma state will make it very viable. The southeasterners do not kick against the creation of Anioma State unless the regrettably constituted Efulefu among them. I do not care if Anioma State is placed in North Central Zone, one thing that is clear remains Anioma people know who they are. |

DerideGull:it's your father and mother that is stupid. Anioma people have always made it clear that they are not igbos. All those places you are mentioning in Edo state are of Ika stock; most of them are bilingua. Some speak Ika and Bini while some speak Ika and Ishan. They can only accept the Ika tag, and Anioma too; they can neva accept igbo 1 Like |

solomon111: Then it is a shame, cos you dont know the marginalization they face, and the enormous potential in their state-hood.well an igbo man will always be an igbo man.....at least the delta igbos recognize that they are igbos.....if they think the other tribes like ijaws and itsekiri would accept them then they have another thing coming....that's why the urohbos would alwat hold sway |

Idun'oba ehis: I would have called your father and mother frivolous creatures unfortunately you do not have any. If not for inherent idiocy in you, a nitwit such as you will not reference certain places and Edo State when such craps were not written in the post you responded. You are just a piece of dirt. |

solomon111: If anioma state is created, with the level of human and natural resources it has,it could end up becoming the success story of state-hood in Nigeria. Igbo leaders should think brightly, educate themselves, hold meetings, organize seminars, and bring Anioma into the South-East fold. Anioma must be the next Igbo state. Any other thing would mean lack of vision in Igbo leadership. |
