What if 100naira, 500naira notes will be made as coins because of the higher denomination(5,000naira) yet to be released? take a look at British one pound and two pounds(250naira and 500naira respectively)

Themaingate: HONESTLY SPEAKING CBN HAS LOST DIRECTION IN TOTAL . WHY DIDNT THEY INTRODUCE IT BEFORE NOW ? IS IT BECAUSE NIGERIANS SAID NO TO THE 5000 ?

IF THEY ARE SINCERE ,THEN LET THEM MAKE 1 ,5 ,20 ,50 AND 100 NOTES AND THEN MAKE 200 ,500 ,1000 AND 5000 COINS AND SEE IF NIGERIA WILL NOT BE BETTER OFF WITHIN 6MONTHS

BOUNCE OF CRIMINALS

wow, such a sensitive thing never come across my mind all these while. if these ppl catch with this kind of suggestion, u will be treated like a terrorist. pls those representing joe and sanusi here shld take this suggestion to them. we want our bigger denominations on coins while smaller ones come on notes.
Big up broda.

Another White Elephant Project in d making.
The POS machines being used for d Cashlite exercise in Lagos r being dropped at a lightning speed majorly because of faulty CBN's policy dat allows for mandatory charges for deposit(s) above d stipulated amount. Now,dis Aboki wt B.Sc graduate in Economics wants to continue wt his running streak of failures at d expense of Nigerian's economy.

I think Sanusi is a modern day financial punishment for Nigerians!

Either the dude is set-up to destroy Nigeria or the punk who should sack him, has fish brains!

Either way, Nigerians are the losers!

Pity this nation.

BTW: I am not advocating that he should be shot, nothing like that. wink

that machine is out already. I have seen it in one of the First bank's branches in Abuja. I am sure. Area 3 branch to be precise. Though it's not in use for now.
