I read all your comments but I can't help but laugh. I can tell you that once u understand the concept or message this movies are trying to propagate you will definetly conclude that this movies are a masterpiece. A movie like black swan talks about the concept of mind control and alter egos. Transformer talks about transhumanism. Hunger games talks about elite and its control of the world's masses. Infact I can go and on. Movies in america are no longer made for entertainment purposes again but used as a weapon to indoctrinate you on the agendas of the elite vis a vis new world order

Here's some of the movies i've watched and feel they weren't worth the trouble.
1. Hunger games(totally boring)
2. Bourne Legacy(wtf was that about?!)
3. Total Recall(Kate Beckinsale was badass buh i dnt think Colin Farel was such a good choice)
4. Underworld 4(not as good as d previous).

3. Battleship (good plot, setting, concept...bad delivery, language not apt, delays here and there - totally distasteful. Maybe they banked too much on the Rihanna-character to make good publicity and sales and left out the real deal i.e. making a GOOD movie.)
4. The Priest (a pity that the movie ended prematurely.)

apart from hunger games, i dont think the rest 3 are overhyped IMHO...the priest overhyped?...battleship overhyped?..i think they are both great flicks for real

Granted, The Hunger Games only made sense when I read the book and watched the flick again. Then priest was , in my opinion, a mockery of the Manga. On the flip side, I strongly disagree with you on the others. John Carter was sensational due to the mix of civil war era America and technological know how. The blend made for a nice flick. The dialogue was also very nice. I guess Hollywood is still having trouble transforming books, cartoons, games or comics into sensational hits without one having to go back to the source for mental reassurance.

Battleship gave me chills because I never knew how they were gonna transform the Hasbro game of the same name and make it into a good flick. In my opinion, they passed.

Hurt Locker Overhyped?
No one knew about this film when it came out so it definately was not hyped. Only reason it gained lots of attention was because it 6 Oscars Awards. IMO i thought the movie was brillant, both the Storyline & Actors.
Hurt locker is one of the best i have seen and i'm glad it received the recognition it deserved

Nobody mentiones superman returns starring brandon routh I crammed the guys name so I will never watch anoda movie he stars in. Thank u 4 raising my hopes.
