Unluvable*: Pls you've specify if u are talking about hell fire or hell. Hell is a place of the dead sometimes called hades or Seoul. Hell or hell fire was not created on any day of creation because all of what God created was good. Gen 2:1-7. Hell is different from hell fire as earlier stated and the devil is not in hell or hell fire, he has never been there. Now to the OP, the devil is not in hell because the authority he collected from Adam was a lease for a period of time and the time is not over yet but almost about to. So the devil is currently some where on this earth n why men go to hell immediately is simply because God prepared a redemptive plan for man but not for satan n his fallen angels. Jesus is the only plan for the salvation of man! believe & receive him today because you've an opportunity to save your soul. Shalom |

noblefada: Wrong. If HELL was created for the devil and his angels , I am sure he will be the first to taste of it's horrors. "And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever." - Rev 20:10 And the sinners who aligned themselves with the devil are cast into this same lake of fire in Rev 20:14 , not before. |

Unluvable*:Hell fire or lake of fire was not created during the genesis 1 account. Hell as we know it today is Hades which is the place of the dead it is different from the lake of fire which is being prepared for satan, his fallen angels & any1 who refuses Christ salvation. Before Christ anyone that died ended up in Hell. Adam, Abraham, David, Elijah all went to Hell when they died, but the difference is as recorded in the Luke 16 account was that they were in Abraham's bosom because they believe and had hope in the redemptive work of Jesus. answerThe answer is that satan wasn't sent to hell immediately but hell was prepared for him to be there forever. There is a place called hades where people who will die a second death are waiting for final judgement. Paradise is where people who will awake to eternal life are waiting for the final judgement. When Gods plan has been fulfilled then death, hades (and its contents), satan etc will all be thrown in a lake of fire. So currently these people are seperated by a divide but are in the same place, you could imagine it as to towns in the same city but everybody must remain in their own town. Luke 16:19 There will also be a new heaven and a new earth etc.... |

Hi @ Frosbel Sin began from the time of Adam, all those people are either in Paradise or Hades awaiting final judgement. This doesnt mean that the people who were wicked and lived before the time of Christ will be automatically forgiven. Those people who were lawlessness will be judged by it (ie societal norms, natural law etc at whichever particular period). Those people who lived by law in the first generation (Prior to the Flood in Noahs time) will be judged by that law. Just to provide clarity, Gods Law didnt start with Moses. God had decreed laws before then. Matthew 27:51-53 "51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split 52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people." Many people who died before the time of Jesus who were Holy rose from their tombs when Jesus died. (Emphasis on HOLY). What happened to the wicked? 1 Peter 3:19&20 "19 After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits— 20 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built." So all people have to hear the Gospel of Christ and believe and repent of their sins. Not all people who lived before the time Jesus were saved, only those that repented and whose souls were baptised in the Spirit. (The soul is baptised, not the flesh). Baptism being the mark of the Mark or Seal of the New Covenant. Your physical body will have not a mark (Old Covenant marked the body via circumcision) but your soul will have a mark (Your soul or if you prefer the second you Paul talks about in 1 Corinthians 15). After all is it not the soul that needs the mark or seal of the New Covenant to enter Paradise? 1 Like |

Luke 16 vs19 “There was once a rich man who dressed in the most expensive clothes and lived in great luxury every day. 20 There was also a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, who used to be brought to the rich man's door, 21 hoping to eat the bits of food that fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs would come and lick his sores. 22 The poor man died and was carried by the angels to sit beside Abraham at the feast in heaven. But now he is enjoying himself here, while you are in pain. 26 Besides all that, there is a deep pit lying between us, so that those who want to cross over from here to you cannot do so, nor can anyone cross over to us from where you are.’ |

The time for Satan and his demons is not up yet according to God's plan. The time for any human is up at death and that is why he goes to hell (if a sinner) before Satan. Jesus told the thief on the cross: ''today you will meet me in paradise''. If the just go to bliss at death, the unjust will surely go to torment at death. |
