I now use NIPOST to send mail across the country and its highly reliable - a pipe dream 10 years ago when sending mail was a complete waste of time.

I can walk into a bank and get a loan to start a business today, unlike the impossible situation 5-7 years ago.

My uncle who is a lecturer no longer asks me for money, as he's now a lot better paid than he was 6 years ago, than ks to the new deal with ASUU. Even power supply has improved a lot in my neighbourhood compared to the nightmare situation 3 or 4 years ago. I could go on.
