D reason 4 creating this thread is because I'm losing mah shape n I wanna go back

N d reason y I said its a result of good living z because I tot u were trynna intimidate me

Stop eating fried food, reduce meat intake if u cannot stop it. Avoid diary product generally cut down carbohydrate , replace white rice with brown 1 .if u want to swallow u can it wheat, For ur break fast eat 2 apple two cucumber lunch wheat and vegetable for supper what ever u want to eat. It most be before 6pm. Either bean,rice in small quantity. Jug for 15 to 20 minute skip for 10 minute or more. U have to do this religiously note it is not easy but it pays I tried it in 2 months I loss 19 kg. What u need is discipline, determination motivation.
