I always try to make sure I know where the meat I eat is coming from. I get my meat from local farmers where I see how their animals live and grow and that they are not pumped with antibiotics. The disadvantage is that it is costly but for me it is worth it, more so because I do not eat meat every day. When I eat out, it is not always possible to know what kind of meat they use but some restaurants are dedicated to sustainable products so I choose to visit there whenever I can to support the cause. With the world population we have today (still increasing) we should all consider and maybe reconsider our eating habits. I sound like a preacher and I already hate it.
