Cook but don't necessarily do "3sqr meals", if you feel like eating little, eat it, drop the rest and pick up later when your tummy is empty, even if it's after an hour...
For proteins, do more Orobo chicken with meats and eggs, do more oils in your meals, it helps break down the proteins.

Stop using those drugs, only use drugs when you're sick and it's recommended
Always stay stuffed, you trick your body this way..
Fruits could be parts of what you eat, take drinks.

Don't overthink it
Increase your proteins and get stuffed all through the day, if you're eating veggies, add senrenren's, snails, dried fish and co, don't force anything but never make your belly empty🙂, if you have time, watch movies while you eat, makes you eat more and stills your mind.
