I expected it to go on FULL bid (as in not available on the floor sef). Abeg make somebody help check that result again.
Lol. That kind of result was expected(especially after the nice q2) and has therefore been priced in.

it good to buy/sold base on new report available on NSE without sentiment or base on lucky or something, this is the company i would say buy and go to bed sleep with both eyes last year when their numbers was so good. i think they even gave out about N7 dividend then if i remember and i valued this company price about N430 then. though i made a killer loot here but since their Q1 the company has been deteriorate in their repport. the latest report is the worse they declared in d past few year. ...the numbers not good. no free cash left as they did hav
.

price now woth less than N50 in my opinion

how can one buy on NSE for future investment. thinking.....

Make them keep their N3 dividend.... as it stands the share is overvalued at current price. Fair price should be N160... grin

Bros, you wicked o grin N50? Haba! However, I totally agree with your analysis. Since subsidy was scrapped that has been the end of good financial performance for the downstream companies... grin

Oil coys behave in cycles
Prices will nose dive

Anyone remembe this my post from 23/12/15

bigjay01:

I bought based on this rough analysis:

Share outstanding is 5B

Tigerbrands transferred 3.285B (65.7%) to Aliko.

"Subject to regulatory approvals, DIL will provide TBCG with an immediate cash injection of N10 billion. In return, Tiger Brands will
divest its 65.7% shareholding in TBCG to DIL for a nominal consideration and write off its shareholder loans to TBCG. In addition,
Tiger Brands will assume and settle outstanding debt guaranteed on behalf of TBCG."

This roughly implies that Aliko paid ~N3.04/ share (10B/3.285B).

I bought at N1.16, which is about 62% discount to Aliko's price.

Precedents have shown that Aliko is a very shrewd business man, I am willing to hold with him ...

Not a buy or sell recommendation

Saint Louis sugar is no longer in the market, Dangote sugar currently has the biggest share in the sugar market.

I have made close to 80% from the salt company
