Please what is happening to Uniondac. Can someone explain in simple terms please.

Is it profit taking or something more sinister?

No big deal. It's heading back to 20kobo where it came from to pick the 2nd batch.

These extreme Penny stocks are the real deal for now.

Their volatility seems predictable.

20k for where? Some of our Ogas here are getting ready to jump in once they see a little reversal. This stock is not Oando or Japaul that does free fall. The only sin Uniondac has is it's illiquid but trust me with this kind of result they produce, liquidity will be their name.

Fear factor. Fear of the real real facts behind the figures.
But u can give it to uniondac, atleast they are not planning to raise cash by rights.

FO does not do crude. There is something brewing as regards crude oil price. Possible US sanction on iran within the next 90days. Try to research on possible impact on crude oil prices.

But this profit taking looks like dumping with over 15m units on offer and no bid. It's funny. I will also remain on standby then at 20k bus stop.

I dont think it will get to 20k again before it reverses. I will say once it gets to 30k, you start buying if you so wish but if its 20k you want, no wahala, na NSE we dey, anything is possible. tongue

The money may have been made by those who bought in the early twenties. The stock market is just a tool to transfer money (wealth) from one person to another.

the only precious advice I have for NSEMPA family is to take a break from stock market now and lock your fund up in mutual funds and treasury bills.
The worst is yet to happen in the market, the news that CBN may increase MPR is for real couple with political tension in the country.

These two factors will prolong bearish period, so relax and save your money for better opportunities.

Gbam. Apart from short-term trading opportunities, take your money away and come back later maybe by January.
