Look at it this way. They usually end up paying almost same dividend as Zee. And GTB is trading higher by almost 50% than Zee. So the attraction will be more on Zee (ATM) than GTB, you buy Zee and earn more dividend than GTB.

We all thought something was wrong with Zen when the mad seller was offloading.
