Is there any reason why Oando will be expected to post a good result in the light of these realities?
* Low oil price
* Low sales from petroleum marketing business
* Election money spent on APC
* Pipeline explosion on asset with Oando interest
The bold was after year end.. If that reflect in the account, would I be surprise?

Another thing to consider with Oando is the Loan used for the COP deal which is hang on BoE Base Interest rate + 7%.. BoE is speculating a rate hike by End of year... Uncle Wale will try to pay off this loan as soon as possible... Maybe another Right issue to argument the proceeds from the Downstream offloads?

This is a market-healer. And now, a baby bull shall turn to adult. Not that this result is too good, but that worse was expected. The law of expectation rules the market. And this better-than-expected elephantine performance will spread a bullish contagion upon the banking sector and by extension the entire market. And bnsiTL will see that there is still liquidity in the bourse.

True! A good penny stock. The profit margin was flat y-o-y though. Nevertheless, it's a good result from NPFMCRFBK.

Sadly the major stakeholders didn't deem it fit to carry us along. There was no press release stating timelines for the merger/acquisition. The market should be kept abreast of developments in the acquisition process. NSE, SEC, Vitafoam, Vono et al no try at all. So we go market one day come see say Vono no dey market again? Not done.

NB: I don't own any stake in both companies. grin Just disappointed in the process. undecided

That is Nigeria for you were due process is never followed. No be buhari dey complain say CBN governor disobeyed his directive. If a whole CBN governor can do this, what will stop other market players from following?

Whoever is affected should complain to SEC and accept my condolences.
