The only thing I see wrong here is the manner in which he relayed the message to her not the message itself, it was rude and embarrassing.

What gave him the impetus to tell his oga's wife 'sit well" as if that was not enough the mumu went on to say "close your leg", did he think he was talking to his daughter or house maid?

If I were in the lady's shoes and he talked to me like that, I'd feel embarrassed, he should have just shut up.

I have a friend too, LOL, he was standing in a queue...the immediate girl who was standing before him was having her dress stuck between her bottom cheeks. The guy helped out by pulling the dress out and was rewarded with a slap by the recipient. The guy, finding no fault in his action, was full of ire...feeling that the lady wasn't very grateful, he dipped the dress back where it belonged. LOL!

The guy was rude...what happened to using his wisdom? Pls ma, that place you are seated wasn't well dusted today, or sth tactical, she would have stood up to seat somewhere else, and believe me, if she stood up to seat somewhere else,she wud hve gotten it ryt. Tell your friend that he had no ryt to talk to his boss' wife that way.

The guy embarrassed the boss more than the lady even. For God sake, how would he say such in the presence of the lady's husband who is also his boss.
What made him think that the husband didn't see it but was waiting for him to go out before drawing the wife's attention while silently hoping that the PA has not feasted his eyes on what oga paid for.

He was very wrong for saying that, Never try to be a perfectionist afterall there are ladies out there who are showing all there cleaves or even wearing extra transparent clothes(You should flee as the bible says) why didn't he go to correct them. The reason he got sacked is because every time his boss sees him the, it triggers the incident and affects him psychologically so the boss can never remain on the same friendship level with him again. its like telling him he married an harlot. Next time get a lady to correct such a lady, courtesy demands that.
