Come to think of it Elymax overstretched his quatrains just to fit in more punchlines . he was having 5/6 lines per quatrain.. that's the only reason he won cos save for that Kung Lao line the rest were recycled generic lines in the future we have to make rules stipulating the number of lines that make up a quatrain.. 4 quatrains = 1 bar... anything beyond that is stretching ✘ 1 Like |

If I were a judge I would never give a point for a generic or used bar no matter how creative or interesting the person drops it..I would rather deduct points for every generic bar. .. I was calm because I didn't give a fÜck...I was reading the verses again today & realised half of your material were generic... It was only worded well & you were having 2 punchlines per quatrain cos you did more than the standard 4 lines per bar. mine was fresh but wasn't worded as well as yours, plus I didn't stretch past 4 lines per quatrain which made my verse seem shorter. If we had the same amount of 4 lines per quatrain.. the story may have been different ✘ 1 Like |
