adeboo:

I like tatoos but i hate needles.

I want the henna ones that last for like 5 years, i want one on ma ankle though like a flower or butterfly.
I like tatoos on men though i i don't like it too bogus.

I like the one Nicole Ritchie has on her ankle its a rosary.

That is exactly the kind of tattoo that i have, except that, instead of a cross . . mine was heart shaped . . resting on the top of my feet. i'll take the picture and put it on here.

It is not sexy, it is stupid, because your partner's body does not belong to you.

Wearing a tattoo is like stapling a beautiful gown or suit to your body. Permanently. It's just silly and shortsighted.

who are you to say somebody's fantasy is stupid, she does not really mean owing the body, its kind of give her more confidence that the body belongs to her only or even whatever its neither silly or shortsighted, its just something somebody feels. you must have ur own fantasy no matter how weird or stupid others may think it is. if you have a girl friend or boyfriend, u just want to beleive that body belongs to only u, the fact that it is shared is turture to some people.

When will all this mentality end?

The fact that some people dispise tattoos or made up your minds never to get it, that is your own stance and that does not mean that u shld condemn does that have it or those that love it. everyman to his own . . .  and i don't need to like what u like and you don't need to like what i like. What do u think white people think or say when they see nigerians with tribal marks? they don't judge them? they don't deny them visa or association because of that? All this unneccessay condemnation is what is dividing nigeria.

@seun,
when did u become God to start judging people because they have tattoos?
if u don't like it, u don't like it. no need to start reigning abuses.

chukz4real:

Thats your own view/mentality

kelvincreg:

body art and . . . u mean needles?

dosituga:

anotha mentality, since when did tattoos become the basis of responsiblilty and confidence?
Re: Nigerian Girls And Romantic Tattoos! by dtwsola(m): 6:17pm On Mar 04, 2008
Tattoos just look silly, especially on blacks. I think most people will regret getting them when they are older and wiser. I see nothing attractive in them.

I hate tattoos a great deal. Outside that, its a sin in the site of the Almighty God. Check your bible very well, read through the book of Exodus,
[Why do you people love to bring Gods name in irrelevant issue and stop misinterpretation of the bible if you do not know it.

Too many hypocrites oh Nairaland, and are you God because i don't know who gave you the audacity to criticize others people actions

Some people brain works like a fish one embarassed embarassed embarassed, and you need to enlighten yourself/thinking and get out of that stupid mentality.
