There's more than one definition of what it means to be a man because there's really no right or wrong answer. What it means to be a "real man" or a "real woman" is socially constructed so you have to decide for yourself what being a man means to you. I may say being a man is having a career, owning a home, a car, and having a wife. What if you don't fall into any of these categories? Does it mean you're not a man?

To be a "real man" has less to do with "age". Forget the standard age for measuring adulthood which is 18years. To be a real man has to do with the ability and gut to handle challenges and the tough times one will encounter in the course of life, and still remain unscathed or unwavering.
