@godg tanx. guys pls i nd help on schools that wud be high probability admits wit part or full fin aid for spring 14 (fall too far abeg) . gpa is 3.43 mech engr, gre is 315: q159. i have very limited work experience and no research exp. i sent my scores to pet engr programs at ualaska, lsu, tamu and uoklahoma, and im applying for an ms with a view to doing phd eventually. idealy id want a hybid ms in petroleum engineering/engineering management. i'm striking tamu off my list cos im past their deadline and its a bit more competitive, but are their other schools that i can tack on like uhouston or ttu that won't be sure rejects? or am i taking on too much and should just take tins easy and apply against fall?
