I'm not disappointed at all. This government is a coward when it comes to making its stance known when it involves other countries but if it were to be Nigerians, they would have gone to court to get one stupid order to proscribe and declare us as terrorists. 2023 is kuku not far |

Stillthebest: So we should leave the country for them till when? My opinion is for him to try and if he's not allowed to perform, then resign. The ovation will be louder. Don't we need to take our country back? I respectfully disagree because it is better not to join those evil people than to think you can find your way round them and get yourself hurt in the process. We all know how intelligent the likes of Fashola and Ben Akabueze are, but these men have not been able to perform to their full potentials because of the hawks running the affairs of this country. Those evil and greedy people wants the status quo to be and are ever ready to tarnish the image of whoever dares challenge them. To answer your first question, the country will be left for these evil men till we the youths rise above ethnic, religious and tribal sentiments. |

Stillthebest:

His reasons for resigning is flimsy. To salvage the Nigerian nation, all hands must be on deck.
If he's been championing a cause all these while, for a good governance, then he's bestowed an opportunity to prove his worth, isnt that a way to prove to your followers that you are better off by orchestrating a people oriented activities while serving?
People will always talk. But as long as he's not carrying any political party membership card, that would make the appointment make him betray his party's practise, then, in my opinion he should not have resigned but to prove a difference while serving.
The ovation would have been louder if, in the cause of servicing, he senses some positive effort sabotaging, then resign. We need good hands in the Govt. Trying to score a faint political score isnt our look-out-for.
He just dashed out another golden opportunity smiling at a common man to dine in a golden table with the controllers of his future, which I regard as a sneaking in. Such chances are not always there for just anyone where the Atikus, Tinubus, Orjis, Uba, Kwankwaso, Sarakis are dictating the circles that revolve us. Sneaking into the govt is another method the mean-well peiple can liase and hijack the Govt.
He has just sledge-hammered a political pamphleteering of the government which might in the long run beneficial to us all. The names you mentioned above is why I even support him resigning because the truth is, as long as these men are in charge, they will never allow a sane person to work effectively and to full capacity because these men are not ready to let Nigeria work as it should. |

I'm happy he resigned, else our corrupt system won't allow most of his advice work hence rendering him useless in the eyes of the public and open to insults from Nigerians which in my own opinion is the trap this government set for him. |

onlinetomola: Opposition ogini ? These two parties and others had meeting with PDP a week before election in Oyo State and concluded on giving and raking their followers votes for PDP governorship candidate in other to have their own returns when the deal is done. This is just the way of showing his loyalty. If it's APC or that Alao Akala's party now, then i can call that opposition parties. At least he honoured them in return by giving them appointments. Those who were in opposition that rallied round PMB and APC, how many of them has been compensated for doing so? |

HazzanTazzan: I believe the other girls that were released already denounced their fate either fakely or truly...
Leah didn’t have to denounce her faith truly... such lie is allowed even in the presence of God...
Faced with such circumstances, no matter how deeply rooted in religion I am, I will use my brain and get out of that situation first ... religion is overrated ...
Deep down in me, I know the God I serve even if I denounce my religion to escape captivity No lie, whether big or small, harmful or not, is allowed in the presence of God or is overlooked by God. |

HazzanTazzan: Leah acted stupidly...
They said the girls shld accept Islam so they can be freed ... some of them did and got freed ...
What’s he big deal in doing what’s right in the face of terror ...
Why didn’t she accept and escape first... by the time she’s released, will they monitor her to confirm if she’s a Christian or Muslim?
Everyone was praising her when she refused to accept the terms given to her and now you’re saying the govt got some girls released and can’t get her released...
Did the govt enter Sambisa to secure the release of the 100 girls you mentioned ? On the contrary, Leah acted wisely and even if many rebuke and insult her for this, Heaven commends her for not denying her faith. That been said, I feel it is insensitive of us to still be discussing why she didn't denounce Jesus Christ in order for her to gain her freedom.. As long as she is human and a Nigerian who was kidnapped, the FG should be doing everything possible to secure her release. Yes the FG didn't go to sambisa forest to free the other 100 girls, but they made some moves by negotiating, etc, which saw to the release of those girls. Why can't they do same for her? On a final note, I know that as the Muslim you are, you will never have denied your faith and temporarily embraced Christianity just because you want to gain something. Thank you |

muzeze77: CAN There's a difference between a country and a terrorist organization,Leah is held by a terrorist group There is a difference you say which I agree with but the FG was still able to secure the release of 100 Muslim girls from these same terrorist group, so how come they are finding it difficult to secure the release of LEAH SHARIBU, the only Christian girl, who has been in captivity for over a year now? |

Paying our gallant soldiers at the warfront #1000 per day is pathetic and not encouraging at all. PMB and the nation as a whole should be ashamed of this. Asides from giving them this rubbish incentive, they are also not well equipped to face those useless boko haram animals yet we want them to perform miracle. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Industrial Attachment by 12345DKO(op): 3:43pm On Apr 25, 2019 |
Good day Nairalanders.
I just finished a 3 month intensive vocational training on Refrigerator and AC maintenance at Field for skills and Development (FSD) here in Lagos. We were told to go on industrial attachment for minimum of 3 months before we can receive our certificate. I've gone to places I know they offer such services, I called a few, some said they do not take IT students while others said they actually do but applications are not open for industrial attachment now. So I beg you, if you have where I can do my IT here in Lagos, mainland to be more specific, I will really appreciate it. I do not want salary, incentives, etc. I just need a place for just 3 months to practice more on what I've learnt. My email is boboye209@gmail.com Thank you all. |
