Take it easy now?
That person was only expressing a "personal opinion", looking at issues form his own "narrow lens". As it affects HIM, ..not others!

Even as a "member of this country", he does not know the dead person (and by inference, she/he did not and could not have known how 'VIP' the dead person was) or what the dead person's contribution to the country was.

That he "expressed himself", on how he felt should not justify your tirade against his/her person.

Let us always respect the right of others to "hold an opinion" ...which may defer from ours, as long as their opinion is NOT insulting or inciting.
Even if it is, let us "just point it out, offer suggestion/corrections, without using foul language on them.
I know its difficult when we are annoyed

RIP to Wole Awolowo
, you enjoyed the Lagacy of your Dad, that was one man we will never forget in the history of this country.
He was A Leader by all means.

I read a man online who said his mother cursed Awolowo on her dying bed for the financial hardship their family suffered after the war
Another friend told me her grandma cried periodically till her death for the child she lost during the war
These things have a way of affecting a family
Women Beat their breasts looked up and asked God to avenge the death of their children
3 of Awo's children have died ,2 from protracted illnesses and one in a tragic car accident and all died before reaching their father's age while their mother is alive
It is not right for a 92 year old woman to bury 3 of her children.
There could be some spiritual implications IMHO
The two surviving daughters if they are Christians ought to go for deliverance from the sins of their father

RIP. The guy died at 71. That is a good age being that in Nigeria life expectancy for males is below 50. If anyone lives to 90 plus, high probability some of your kids will die before you. So people ascribing his death to some kind of grievance are stretching it. These people have lived better than most Nigerians and are still largely comfortable. The guy even saw grandchildren. So, it is a long life and a well spent one for that matter. Oluwole, sun re o!

Regards to your dad.

Please tell him Nigeria hasn't changed since his death;that things have gotten worse.

Inform him of the dreaded Boko Haram that kills almost daily.

Let him know that all the military boys that ruined Nigeria like TY Danjuma,IBB and OBJ are stiLl in politics till date.

Tell him that Tinubu is his regent and leader of the opposition.

Also inform him that the minority finally got a chance to produce a president.Even though he's weak and couldn't take decisive decisions that will better Nigeria.

Tell papa that we now have blackberry,iPhones and iPads and Galaxy phones.

Rest in peace while also sending my regards to Fela.
