for me and many of us here on this thread, Godaddy.com is the most preferred options. maybe because of its widely used and accepted and its cheaper to buy domains(with the use of coupons) and they accepts Nigerians

That's the most difficult aspect. choosing a domain that will sell is no easy task. start by looking at the domain that sells weekly on dnjournal dot com. compare and contrast, then you can have an idea domains endusers are buying. There are alot of post about choosing good domains (some expired domains). Google that up

you pay a yearly fee for a domain. no maintenance

Let me add that you should use google keyword planner to analyse a domain before your purchase it. it gives you leverage over a potential buyer and its good parking. for example i own StocktonEscort dot com. it has 1000 searches from the US alone. i think thats good enough for a domain. ChicagoEscort dot com is owned by a friend and it has over 8000 searches and he is not ready to sell yet. He is currently leasing it at $300 a month tell me if thats not a domain

My first domain buyer made the mistake of not transfering the domain to his Godaddy account and I didn't even know.

Well, the domain entered redemption period which made him contact me.

Omo, I been don forget the email sef. Na so, I do serious brainstorming and luckily, the email was linked to my main email acct.

I had to give him the password to the email cos they wanted him to verify but he had no access to the email attached to his namecheap account.

He has renewed and transfered the domain out of namecheap to his Godaddy account.

The guy is just too good and he will conquer with that mind set, unlike his folks who would just judge you without meeting you.

I was glad I could help him out...

i gess is a no. It is only in sedo,afternic,bido,bodis, escrow etc u can use wire transfer and u must have a domecillary account
