I do chores,i feel more of anger than hurt.I spend my energy on acheiving something meaningful when am hurt.I always tell myself this"I can't be anyone's victim",Anger replaces hurt,then productivity springs forth.

For me I just read different threads here and comment if necessary and listen to musics along.
