Either u download driodwal or mobiwol, or click data usage, click d option pad (screen pad beside menu pad) den tick restrict background, mind u, it has effect oo, u won't get any whatsap, facebook, 2go mssg, most social netwrk won't receive update whenever dey r not actively open on screen!

its called font installer boldly writting requires rooting but mine is work with only super user installed

Hope u r nt using sim2? Use sim1 (3G) n if it persists, dl another. Ntwk is smoothest midnights or early mornings, try reregistrering at those times. Also enable 'auto sync' in settings atleast 4 ur first access to playstore. Hope these help
