Its a salary job and mos jobs are just pointless. The deputy governor and vice president position are one those pointless salary positions.
How can you ask your second question without looking at her impressive CV? It matters to be that someone with a lot to hive from her upstairs, will leave to go and seat idle as a deputy governor doing nothing.
