GEJ Is Yet To Visit The People Of Baga: Why? by OmoTier1(m): 7:19am On May 06, 2013 |
It's been several days since the Nigerian Army were reported to have without recourse to the rules of engagement embarked on indiscriminate killings of innocent Nigerians in the northern Nigeria town of Baga. Why has GEJ not made any effort to visit this town? Why has GEJ not made any effort to show that He is the commander in Chief? This is a town in Nigeria for crying out loud, and to think that GEJ is yet to pay any unscheduled visit clearly shows how insensitive this present Federal Government is to the plight of Nigerians. is it when the opposition parties make bold and pay a visit to Baga before GEJ will not know that the people of Baga needs Him to pay them a visit and reassure them of His sworn oath to protect every life and property of every Nigerian citizen in this country? 8 Likes |

The OP is going Nuts again o. Go to Baga to do what now. The same Baga that has been harboring Terrorists and now covering for them by lying through their azzez against the Multi-national Military Force (I haven't heard a single one of them even make the attempt to at least also condemn BH for the aftermaths of that particular violence; all the criticisms and LYING have been directed entirely against the MJF, as though the Soldiers just woke up one day and brought war to their backyard without any provocation from another violent group)? That same Baga, right? So the President should go to this Terrorist infested town in order to 'sympathize' with these set of people, endanger himself (who knows if that was part of the plan all along) just so as to appear 'cool'? HELLL NO!! From what I have read, the President has sympathized with INNOCENT victims of the Violence, ordered an Investigation over what actually happened there that fateful week, ordered Emergency Services to provide help to the victims, met with the Governor and have pledged to assist in rebuilding parts of the town that was destroyed.NOT ENOUGH? 31 Likes |

nameo:Arrant nonsense! Didnt the military claim to have flushed out the terrorist in 6lthe town? So why the talk about terrorist again. The truth remains that the handlers of this presidency are grossly incompetent, lacking in depth and know very little about modern day governance. As for the pledges, need I remind you that Borno people are yet to receive the pledges made by GEJ during His ill adviced visit to the state earlier this year? For crying out loud, how many promises or pledges has FG made to victims of terrorist attack and how many has she redeemed including those of Abuja Suleja bombings 5 Likes |

Omo_Tier1: STOP Lying, Efulefu. Are you from Baga, the City of Liars. Which pledge has GEJ not fulfilled? Those pledges are been fulfilled as I write. NEMA has opened more than 3 camps at Baga and are providing assistance to the victims. By the way, who says GEJ doesn't keep his pledges? Didnt you hear that GEJ just provided #5.7billion compensation to victims of the Buhari-Mob led post-Election crisis in different states in the north. Wait! You already knew that, cos you were one of the clowns on that thread actually criticizing that move by GEJ. If he went to Baga today (and like I said previously, there is NO WAY IN HELLL he is going), you would also led the choir to criticize him for going. That is your job specification here afterall. Criticize the President on every move he makes, whether it makes you look sillly or not. HYPOCRITE. 16 Likes |

"As for the pledges, need I remind you that Borno people are yet to receive the pledges made by GEJ during His ill adviced visit to the state earlier this year?"- Omo_Tier1 So the visit made by GEJ to Borno early this year was "ill adviced" according to @Omo_Tier1? But this same Omo_Tier1 is whinning and crying that GEJ is yet to visit Baga. These contradictions only confirms that @Omo_Tier1 is a confused ediot. 17 Likes |

Sincere 9gerian: "As for the pledges, need I remind you that Borno people are yet to receive the pledges made by GEJ during His ill adviced visit to the state earlier this year?"- Omo_Tier1Yes it was ill advised simply because He failed to do what was right in the first instance! Was it not foolish of the president handlers that they waited for the opposition to set their foot in Borno before the President realized that Borno was still part of Nigeria He sworn to protect? How long should the people of baga wait for before they know that they have a President who truly cares about their existence? 2 Likes |

BAGA ISSUE A FOOD FOR THOUGHT By: Caleb What happened at Baga is another lesson to the Hausa community who are bent to harboring foreigners in the bid to helping them fight their so called Jihad. It reminds me of the Ajia Lolo episode in 1992 Zagon Kataf mayhem where anunderground armory was said to have been kept in Samaru Kataf Mayayit road. Time will fail me to count from episodes, but if they are thinking well they ought to know that they are only keeping a time bomb that will catch up with them. Niger is suffering from the residue of the Libyan so called brothers they harbor for years today. Of recent in Zaria the Nigerian immigration arrested 182 foreigners of cause you know it is in the name that they are Muslims. It is a well known fact that no other ethnic group in Nigeria that does not know its citizens. But the Hausa community claim they do not know how what has befallen us came about. Why are they now saying Muslims are the most killed in this mayhem which started with bombing of churches at a spontaneous rateto a large scale attack? One can throw a stone in the market he or she might not be able to say who it might hit. And so when the military does what seems right for this Nation Nigeria what they need is an applause and not a sentimental coating as if we do not know what is happening. The episode of raid all over the north are always done by insurgence who are foreigners drafted to help fight Jihad while the real settler leave the town or pretend they do not know what is happening. This has happenedto Kaduna City, Kafanchan, Zangon Kataf, Jos, Kano, Bauchi, Borno, Potiskum and of recent Benue and Nssarawa state. Any community that is found harboring insurgence should be dealt with. Human right activist should leave OUR security operatives to do their work. The God of the Christians is Alive and no one can add or subtract. 6 Likes |

He is afraid. You know...; 'The casualty figures where grossly exaggerated'. May be when they are through with the controversy surrounding the actual civilians killed, he will pay a visit, because that is even the first issue that dominates the bewildered government and not the massacre . |
