Pls I want to know if anybody has done any biz with a company known as web4Africa. The company claims to be in Ghana and Nigeria. There are telephone nos at the site but u cannot get through any of the local nos and when you want to send email to them you cannot do so unless you go to their website to fill form. Has anybody in the house done any biz with the company? Thank for ur response

Every business has problems. What matters is how a business deals with its problems. If W4A hasn't been dealing with its problems to a reasonable degree they would have been forced to sign off the industry. If a business doesn't encounter any problems in its lifetime, that is a problem in itself.

When you have no idea what happens behind the stage of a business, try not to go upstage addressing its audience.

But after reading DualCore`s posts of Forum`s reviews of some supposed super web hosting companies, I now know that somehow people`s opinions and experiences can be biased especially on forums. Check out my comment on the last thread by one Activeman on Web4Africa. I actually said it`s wrong for him to rush here and tell us that Web4Africa is nothing to write home about, and then turn around asking mod to delete the thread. I have no issues with any web hosting company. I dont even know their ceos. What is worth doing is worth doing well.

i told you, they are the best in Africa and beyond...i used myself, the only thing is that they don't give bonus to customers lol, and i want him to work on that some like contest, win LR, Payza to motivate customers...

Do not register your domain through web4africa! These guys are incompetent and unresponsive. I registered a domain and I can't even edit CNAME or upload a HTTPL file in order to verify my domain to enable my email or website with any other webhost. Web4africa uses whmcs which gives you no control in changing dns, cname, etc. and you have to rely on their technical support, which has been non-existent for the last 3 weeks as their standard reply is...

I recently paid to have my domain registered with web4africa.net. After taking my cash, for days now, they are still yet to activate it. Ive sent emails to them but no response. I even searched on their site for the availability of the same domain that ive been charged for, it says its still available . Meaning they are fraudulent people

Just try and write to them again, I believe you will get your issue sorted out.

Stay away from those guys. They are very popular in South Africa, but for some reasons unknown to me, thry disregard their Nigerian customers.

I bought a domain from from them (only 3k), it took me 2 day for it to get activated (after I sent them a lot of emails and open tickets). Then it took another two weeks before their servar was working well. Each time you log into my website, you get a Error 500 and Error 304 page beacsue their .htaccess file is corrupt.

Then one day someone made a complain about my website (an enemy of mine) and because they are prejudic, they pul it down! My website gone, the domain is saying I registered with them so I can't even reclaim it for another year and 90 days. I contacted them challenging their action and demaning a refune plus they free my uniqe domain name. They where shy to reply and instead remove my account from their cliant list. If I try to login to their cliant area, it says my email address is not registered.

They have prejudic against Nigerians. I want to report them to cunsumer protection agency. THEY ARE FRAUD!
