stagger: Is that not Al-Mustapha on the left behind Abacha? Yes he is. Ibb was president and abacha was then secretary of defence (he was defence minister but demoted himself allowing oladipo diya to be defence minister). Abacha, a full general had captain mustapha as his security officer that time. |
