I have always said that a typical Yoruba person is a Coward inside out. They re jst too good for slaves. Seriously reading what an elder like this man said showed how much these people can go in selling their minds for money. Your late brother died as a result of a man's callous act of saboutaging democracy in Nigeria and here you re saying he was not in power as if Abacha annulled the election that got the goon in prison. Anyway papa Awo is always an example on how to rate a Yoruba person. |

First of all... i don't find it upsetting when he or any other person calls us (Igbos) Jews, sarcastically or otherwise... Second of all, I am surprised you see him (Ola) as an intelligent fellow.... (Kinda makes one ponder your own intelligence lol just kidding ya there....) and finally... if somebody is getting his knickers all tied up in a knot just because another person says he or she is the best in everything... what is there to do... really... like do you want to appease the person by saying "Okay, we arent good in everything; so stop hating us... " ... or... what? I mean, you really don't have to bother engaging him if he say he doesnt like it you or whoever is boasting too much... (Isnt it the same type of thing when a child is always the top of the class... that his or her parents will be proud and tell his friends or whoever cares to listen that his child is a straight A student etc... its just something you're proud of... its looking like if you are successful, trouble, not successful, still trouble.... you can't please everybody all the time, man. If as an ethnic group, the Igbos have made it through thick and thin to a point they believe they've accomplished a lot on their own.... getting upset or reactionary to it is simply juvenile... pre-juvenile if you ask me. and need I mention that its not everybody that has that boastful ability, in that, some are reserved or shy, possibly humble too and not boasting all the time. Matter of fact, i put it out there that Igbos don't boast all the time; if Ola has any thing to the contrary, he should state it make we see. I end with the tale of the lizard that fell from an Iroko tree... (in Igbo) ma o nweghi onye ga-aja m, maa jaa onwe m. Obu m n'ekwu, Remark D; Nwa afo Ibeku. (Hmm that kinda rhymes, should put that in an Igbo rap lol). (btw anyone wanting to learn Igbo fluently, drop me a line. Cheers) druid06: 3 Likes |

Why have you not hanged yourself already? ACM10: This is appalling! Not fair to the memory of MKO Abiola. He must be extremely agitated in his grave. Can you imagine his family dinning with the person that put in motion the events that led to his death. Does Abiola family have any atom of shame? This is as low as they can get. This is very bad. So irritating to ear. Coming from one of the leaders of Abiola family shows the extent of this rot. Decency demands that they stay clear of Babangida and his agents. But, he praised his dad's tormentor-in-chief to the high heaven. I spit on the bad elements of Abiola family. |

Bigcake: Yorubas will forever be slaves to the hausas. The reason the Ibos will never smell the seat of presidency is simple: they aren't cultured, their brain seem to be under their feet.Too tribalistic mindset. No wonder they are backward. The only thing they do best is THIEVERY,KIDNAPPING, PROSTITUTION,SCAMMING and what have u.U aint slaves to the Hausas right, but remember na ur own supplied ammunitions dt killed thousands of u during Biafra. |

U dont make it without doing so. Dats y none of u said anything when Abiola was in troubled waters( just as most of ur elites are ex-convicts), only to bring it up now. COWARDS. How dare u refer to people dat sell okirirka wears in a derogatory way. They are better off of course. |
