baby_123: hmmm.....

But this technology is already existing
impressive post but they shouldn't say they invented anything, I am not buying that, they most likely bought it, nobody should come and bobo us here, invent robot in Nigeria? any pencil u see in Nigeria is imported.

Wow! Everybody's getting carried away with this "invented" business.

1) It is most likely that the word was used by the journalist, rather than the institute. For example, the navy built a seaward defence boat (NNS Andoni). The navy always calls it a seaward defence boat, but BBC, Thisday journalists and other journalists refer to it as a "warship".

2) We still don't know the technical specifications of the robot.

So why is everybody getting carried away with this "invent" business?

Horus: A 15 year old Nigerian with the right knowlege can build a similar robot. There is a lot of young Nigerian genius but the medias are not
talking enough about them.

I think they should have a competition for nigerian schools in which the students are asked to build or modify these things.

That's stock photography. Newspapers, magazines and even television stations use images from their libraries to give the reader/viewer an idea or pictorial representation of the subject that's being discussed. It does not mean that that's the actual thing.

For example, a newspaper headline might read "Osaze called to Abuja Camp" and below the headline might be a picture of Osaze Odemwingie at the 2010 World Cup. It does not mean that the picture is a picture of Osaze at the Abuja Camp.

I doubt that you will see a picture of the robot before it is unveiled by either the President or the Defence Minister.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!

grin

This guy is here again. I responded to your comment on the other thread, but now I know better. You don't make any meaningful/reasonable contributions, you simply pop up on threads to express your hatred for GEJ. Well that's your problem.

(But don't stop. Please continue. It's very amusing).

ok. if u 'invent' something there r steps taken to verify whether ur invention makes sense. if u spend 10000 dollars to make ur invention n it costs 1000 dollars to buy it frm israel why the hell wud u 'invent' such rubbish? y not just buy the rights frm israel n produce the stuff? let them start production n use of the robots then we can believe all their crap. for now we leave the 'believe' part to the GEJ croonies. its lyk the rubbish made in nigeria car that was made by ABU Zaria. where is it today

Every good news of Nigeria is a pain in the ass of already boil ridden ass of apc and their supporters. Trust me, they will prefer to hear very negative and badd things hapning to Nigeria so they can point accusing fingers without being able to proffer any solution @ all. An opposition good only at blaming without being able to solve any already existing problem.
