There is still a lot of work to be done on the mindset of people.

Read through NL and you see that a lot of guys still believe they are superior to women and this reflects very well in the marriage setting.

A man has no qualms having female colleagues but does not want his wife (the woman 'under' him to work); a lot have said the house chores is beneath them, they feel women should be able to cope with infidelity and abuse etc.

The inequality now is of the mind and this is where we need the help of our parents esp mothers...
