JideSM, I'm on my knees begging. I just need a refund. I subbed to the 2hrs plan 2H to 131 but MTN was swift in taking my airtime without shit working.

I have used the default apn.... Created new apn... Sent data on to 131


Please, I know that 250 naira is a chicken change but abeg check my line and refund me please. Tired of MTN troubles.

Hello jide. I subscribed for the MTN 4.5GB on 27th march & 11th April the night plan which was around 1.8GB disappeared and on 14th the remaining day plan of 800+mb disappeared as well. I called your cc & was told twas cox I activated another extra on 9th April without been charged due to system malfunction was the reason all the data was wiped out & they need to confirm when I subscribed. I answered all questions to their satisfaction and they promised to refund the data left on my Sim before the 9th of April system malfunction but till date its been promise upon promises. Kindly help me look into this.

I use the 4.5GB plan of mtn. For three nights I'm unable to make use of my left out 2.5GB night data. It's been a bad experience these while.
Just in case you need to know, I've exhausted my day plan. Does it contribute? My data is meant to finish by May. So what do I do my mtn peony?

good day sir...I subscribed for the night plan yet its only my day plan bundle dat is reducing despite d fact I switch off my data b4 9pm before restarting anything.called your call centre agent and even chatted with your WhatsApp representative yet they have no meaningful thing to tell me..nw almost 1gb has vanished from my day plan even when d WhatsApp agent told me 2 check again..my num is 07062916855

now I've just been told nothing can be done concerning the data removed from the wrong bundle so as usual the subscribers are meant 2 pay for d inefficiency of a network.#impressive

Hello I tried to transfer #1100 from my line (08038024353) to 08036998597 on the 26th a‎round 5:10pm. Have called several times. After I transferred I received an error message that the service is not available and I was charged and the other no did not receive it.
