When I got to France, I could make and receive calls but, since I got to Campina (in Prahova County) Romania, I could only receive calls but can't make calls. What can I do?

@jidesm why this selective treatment of pending cases for God's sake. To be fair I think u should have started the treatment from where you paused. I said I needed to re subscribe for bis but the current one is yet to expire. How do I get it deactivated to do a fresh sub pls?

Good morning mtn agent. Like most have said bb plan is the cheapest available data plan on yo network. Iphone and andriod users are victims to your suffer head charges. Mtn should do something about their cumbersome data plans on iphones and andriods.

I subscribed to 100hr data plan on the 2nd of august 2013 with the number 08139523622 and i was charged N5000 for it but when i checked my balance the following day i was told it has expired. Since dat day av called almost 15 different customer care agent n they confirmed that i was actually charged for it n promised to refund my money but they advised dat i should wait for some days because the application they wanted to use wasn't responding. So i waited, but wen i called back today, one stupid agent told me i wasn't charged for the 100hr plan...well I dnt want to talk much, if u guys knw wat is good, u better refund my credit before i do somtin stupid.

please I can not text on my line
it really does sound funny

At first I couldn't get edge or 3G for about 3 months , whenever I called in, the guys attended to me like I was a novice
Even after retrieving my line it persisted till about 2 months later .
even the tech guy at the MTN shop at owerri still couldn't fix it

Right now I cannot send a text on my line no matter the phone I put it into
I have confirmed the message center number again and again
I can use other MTN sims to text on my phone
But I cannot text with my SIM on my phone or any other .
