aint knw dia addy,bur d fact is,4rm lag(ibadan-iworoad),drop at last busstop..ask around for abe-bridge(trekable 4rm wia u alight) n dia u wil get a cab straight to d oyo state secretariat..hope it helps

I asked a friend who works at the civil service commission because I also needed to collect for a friend from Kwara state. He said Monday is for Oyo state indigenes that they would pick days for other state in South West that the whole process is to reduce the number of Applicants coming in for the form. So u wld need ur Local Government Identification.

You don't need to travel if you want to fill and submit online.

The form was not given at Loyola today, said till tomorrow and strictly for Oyo state indigenes. The rep of the Chairman said other states in the South west requested for the forms to be distributed to their Citizens. So if u are not from Oyo state u wld have to go to your state civil service commission for your form. He said Ondo and Ekiti state have started giving out the form. So for Oyo state indigenes, report at Loyola tomorrow with your Local Government Identification and NYSC discharge or Exemption certificate. Disbursement of the Form is just for 4days in Oyo state.

From loyola college, all oyo state indigenes should come as from tomorrow for the collection while indigenes from other south west states should go to their respective states for the collection

I was @ the owerri federal civil service today. Met an ex coursemate of mine who works their now and he told me to go to the state civil service secretariat and collect the form. He called me aside and was like bro,this form no mean anyfin. If u have buttons,start pressing them now. He didnt apply and was lying down on da bed with his gal fwend and a call came in that he should come to abj and collect his appointment letter. So be wise folks.
Proceeded to da state secretariat and met a crowd. The form wasnt available accordn to them. Am goin again 2mao sha. Luckily i stay in owerri
