Hey who award you school certificate?

It is spelt God and not god. if it is god they would have spelt it god but it is spelt and write as God.

God (in Christianity and other monotheistic religions) the creator and ruler of the universe and source of all moral authority; the supreme being.

Is god a proper name?
Re: The Non-Christian Chatbox ( sticky ) by FreelanceRebel: 8:48am On Mar 31
LordReed:

Is god a proper name noun?
#Fixed

A proper noun is a noun that identifies a single entity and is used to refer to that entity, such as London, Jupiter, Sarah, or Microsoft, as distinguished from a common noun, which is a noun that refers to a class of entities and may be used when referring to instances of a specific class.

...such as London, J upiter, S arah, or M icrosoft

Now that I have schooled you, what do you learn?

Don't modify my question, answer it as it is. Is god a proper name?

Whats is noun? is there any difference between Noun and Name?

NOUN: proper name: a name used for an individual person, place, or organization, spelled with an initial capital letter, e.g. Jane, London, and Oxfam.

It will be out of order and criminal offence to call myself microsoft just because I think logically about it

To answer your question god is not a proper-name [to be used for Almighty Yahweh]
God is

Good so until you can show me that Yahweh exists I will not use God to refer to him because he is but one of many proposed gods.

That Identifies him out of many gods which prevent confusion.

Now I have shown you Yahweh Exist, hence you should spell it propely

BTW

You are violating English and Nairaland law with impunity, that is gross disobedience.

LoL! Report me to the mods then or call police.

You have not shown me your god exists, you showed me a pun. Shows how shallow the proof of god you have is.

Shifting the goal post

That has always been the goal post. Show that your god exists then we can all agree he is God or not. Till then, your god is just one of many proposed gods, nothing special.

Imagine if there were a form with 210 pages about build better infrastructure or something more productive than something that is a fiction. Imagine if the time by people going to church every week globally would be applied to say planting trees. Do you think we could see that day?

The idea of a city fascinates me. The formation of a biological community without a functioning, supportive social community leads to havoc. Whole worlds have become single biological communities without an interrelated social structure and this has always led to ruin. It becomes dramatically instructive under overcrowded conditions. The ghetto is lethal. Psychic stresses of overcrowding create pressures which will erupt. The city is an attempt to manage these forces. The social forms by which cities make the attempt are worth study. Remember that there exists a certain malevolence about the formation of any social order. It is the struggle for existence by an artificial entity. Despotism and slavery hover at the edges. Many injuries occur and, thus, the need for laws. The law develops its own power structure, creating more wounds and new injustices. Such trauma can be healed by cooperation, not by confrontation. The summons to cooperate identifies the healer.
My Lord! Are you suggesting "social order". Are you aware it is a functuon of, in order, blood ties, ideology sharing, areahood (tribe, race, proximity etc), humanity, or perhaps, maturity?

A sub-section under ideology is, religion, as in, "similar shared views". Its greater function however, is the part it plays in the "struggle for existence" by the creation of a "social order", or, perhaps more accurately, something that orders people into a society.

Unfortunately, though "wisdom (of its time) calls aloud, raising her voice in the public square; and on top of the wall she cries out and at the city gate she makes her speech", "the world did not recognize him". (And yes do note the she and him).

Have you ever wondered why 12 disciples, my Lord? I can't but wonder if it wouldn't be truer to say, "the healer summons to cooperate".

No, the suggestion is for an interrelated social structure were cooperation is the key activity rather than a social order that creates stratification with all its attendant problems.

There were more than 12 disciples my dear buda but the 12 remained when things got tough. Indeed healers summon us to cooperate but are we listening?

I will answer this just to further conversation but it better not be an attempt to side track us from the subject at hand. We know of the big bang from evidence that our perceptions can detect.

In other words, the fact that some humans perceive whilst some cannot doesnt take away from the existence of the Almighty God.

I appreciate your honesty.

I agree with the spirit of Big Bang Theory due to African history.

As in, i learnt about the 'Big Bang Theory' from the African Gods first before modern science jumped on the narrative.

If you think for one moment that the Almighty God doesnt exist, searching is pointless.

I am not here to convince you of anything other than:

(1a) The African Gods are the true and proper ones.

(1b) The god of the Christian bible and Quran are fake and evil.

As in, if you cannot perceive the Almighty God, then you cannot perceive.

Stay awoken my brother, you already know that which you ought to know, everything doesnt have to be about extraterrestrials and spookism.

Some knowledge are meant to be exclusive to the African consciousness, for the Nubian clergysic, Deities and Divinities.
